    I’ve liked both sets you linked, those Boston Globe photographers have a really nice talent, some I say, should win the Pulitzer, but they’ll hardly be remembered beyond this post.

    There are some pictures around of the Mexican Army, during the shootouts and after, or during disaster aid operations when assisting the general population, a picture that got my attention some time ago was one of two children running to cover, during a shootout, the smallest was carrying a vest given to him by a soldier, while escorted to a school for cover by another group of soldiers, picture 30 reminded me of it.

      It’s nice how the pictures are current too. You know you are getting an idea of exactly what is going on over there.

      That Mexican army picture you mentioned sounds intense.

    I just finished reading ‘On Combat’, so sheepdogs are on the mind. Picture #30, those guys look like real sheepdogs for sure.
