Bushmaster ACR Field Strip And Overview

The Bushmaster ACR is sure a nice looking rifle, I just can’t stomach the price tag.

Check out the videos for the field strip and overview:

  1. Agreed. Looks like the ACR took a lot of its roots from the XCR (robinson arms) but used plastic parts to keep the weight lower than the XCR. (though I think their part count is higher than the XCR – not certain of that tho). I don’t like synthetic on a battle rifle, so I bought an XCR used for $1400 – darn fine rifle!

Total B.S. these things are sold for $1,600, especially when we can buy AK-47s in Sudan (and thereabouts) for $50.
After reading how much full-auto Glocks cost for law enforcement, I’m beginning to believe we’re getting shafted.

Oh yea we are definitely getting shafted. I suppose they just charge whatever the market will bear though. If they didn’t think people would pay $1600 for a base model ACR they wouldn’t have priced it like that. Sadly, I’m sure they are flying off the shelves at that price.

  3. Just got an ACR w/o manual so thanks for the take down info! Sorry no whinney comments about the price from me. I’m just damn glad we can buy the guns we want when we want. Have a good one!
