Why Do Glocks …? – Some Google Search Humor

Explode and Jam are two suggestions that google gives:

I’m glad I’ve never had one of my Glocks explode.  I’ve had some jams, but like any Glock owner I always attribute it to limp wristing or ammo.  The design itself is infallible. :P

I test fired a Glock 23 when I was shopping for one a long time ago, could not get that thing to shoot right. Stovepipes and failures to feed were abundant. But my Glock 21, damn fine machine, for me at least. No Failure to Feed or or stovepipe ever. My ex though totally limp wristed it, so every time she shot, had to rack the slide. And all that talk about unsupported chambers I think is silly. Always used good commercial grade ammo, and never any reloads or lead ball. Follow the instructions and you are fine.

Not being able to shoot reloads in glocks is a myth. Glock recommends against it to cover their own ass. Unless you are loading incredibly hot then you wouldn’t ever have a problem with the unsupported chamber.

Maybe it was the construction that forced the NYPD to have it’s ENITRE supply of Glocks need a refurbishment in 2001?
