Rand Paul’s Shooting Stance Sucks

YouTube Preview Image

If he shifted any more weight to his rear foot he probably would have pulled the trigger and fell over.

The video is apparently from the Bi-Annual Knob Creek Machine Gun shoot in West Point Kentucky.

It’s hard to tell from the video, but the gun appears to be a suppressed MAC-10 or M-11 (chambered in 9mm as the description says).  The AR-15 stock kit is a nice touch.

I don’t follow politics at all, but Rand Paul seems to be every bit as interesting as his father.

At least — a politician who isn’t scared pantless to be seen posing with an Ugly Black Rifle.

according to his wikipedia page his real name is Randal, but he goes by Rand for short. Neat concidence to Ayn Rand though I agree.

Although Ron Paul was a fan of Ayn Rand, her name was not the inspiration for Randal Paul’s first name; he went by “Randy” as a child and “Rand” as an adult.

Jesse,

Rand Paul’s full name is Randal, but he’s always gone by Rand.

He is Ron Paul’s son, but seems to lack most of his father’s kookiness.

I voted for him in hopes that he will bring legitimate hope and change to Washington. He supports term limits for Representatives and Senators, a balanced budget amendment, is against the ObamaCare boondoggle, etc. He’s an outsider that will hopefully be able to affect some improvements in Washington.

I’ll give him credit for trigger discipline to offset the lean back stance.
