Bushmaster ACR Bullpup

Some damn skilled people out there when it comes to photoshop mockups:

I hate most bullpups that are on the market right now, but that one is exceptionally nice. I wonder if Bushmaster would ever bother making something like that?

  3. It seems to me that those notional barrel lengths are all too short. A bullpup design would allow even the carbine to have a traditional rifle length barrel, kind of the whole point of the design. Clever photoshop, incomplete follow-through.

  4. Look where the mag release button is.

    Imagine trying to reload in a hurry…

      I hate the look of the TAR-21.. that grip looks ridiculous. Not to mention the fact there is a huge open space all around the trigger.

    Bullpups only get a meh from me anymore, after someone pointed out that if there’s a catosrophic failure, it’s next to your face, instead of out front.

      hmmm yea good point.. a KABOOM that close to the face would not be good.

  7. The thing looks like its had a few cheeseburgers too many.

    Still haven’t met a bullpup I wanted to bring home. Although shortening the overall weapon as well as balancing the weight is nice, trigger pull always wind up suffering. The F2000 at least kicks the brass out front so you can transition to your off-hand without worry, but good luck trying to fit anything but alloy AR mags in it. Even the E-Mag does not fit as my friend who owns one found out. And as mentioned, a catastrophic failure puts the
