Surprisingly Good Trigger Discipline For A Gangsta

When I started this vid up for the first time I was bracing for the worst.   The main rapper (with the wacky dreads) is named “Gunplay”, he’s part of Rick Ross’ crew Triple C’s (Carol City Cartel).  He actually is pretty safe with the firearms.  His aim could use some work though if he wants to really hold it down.

This guy’s rap persona, and overall look is pretty hard.  I would have assumed he had at least one felony which would exclude him from shooting or likely even being on the property of a shooting range.   I guess he must be squeaky clean though, unless he’s stupid enough to spin the wheel on his freedom by putting this video up on youtube.   Likely though the case is that actors gonna act.

LOL I know most of you hate when I shoehorn rap into this blog… but deal with it bros, and revel in discussing how much you hate it in the comments.

HAY BRO LISTEN UP THIS IS UAV here, THIS RAP STUFF IS DOPE HOMEDOG, now watch me throw my AR in to a pond.

    1. I thought it was the LAV. Either way, I laughed my titties off this morning.

  3. There goes his street cred when they find out he’s legally allowed to own all those guns.

    That was…interesting…?

  5. Did anyone else notice the bag of Georgia Arms reloads at 2 minutes and 3 seconds? Real gangstas shoot new ammo, not reloads.

Maybe they are hoping reloads have other people’s fingerprints on them! O.o

  6. It’s kinda hard to take someone serious as a badass when shooing an AK seated from the bench.

  7. Looks to me like it’s their first time to the range with most of their mess-ups edited out. I did like it when the short guy was slamming the drum mag into the upside down AK.

BTW, what would you say is the caliber of the wholes on the targets they show off at the end? I’m thinking mostly .22.

Considering Rick Ross (a former corrections officer) is a fake, Gunplay is most likely a legal gun owner.

haha yea that was the greatest how he denied that for so long. Then all the evidence supporting that claim came out and he was like “Yea so what I was a CO”

  9. One can only hope they come out with some training DVDs like Magpul and LAV/D.D.

Shorty’s AK has a safety tag sticking out of it in several shots. Real thug.

  11. Does my heart good to see a gangster and a street ginger come together to enjoy some good clean fun at the range. I may have felt different if I had turned the speakers on.

      LOL Street ginger

I wish I’d have thought to turn the speakers off before watching that; it could only have helped.

The target at the end looks like 2 rifle rounds hit and then they just used a wide pattern of birdshot.
Why would anyone want to be a gangster, let alone a fake gangster?

    1. I love how their guns are all civilian versions of class 3 guns. Like they want people to think they have a MAC-10, despite the fact we see them firing the guns.

However, I found the song to be surprisingly “palatable” (not that I’ll be adding it to my Ipod any time soon though), especially when compared to Qadir’s horrible crap of a song “Nickname (for all my guns)”.

You mean Title 2 weapons (or NFA weapons). Class 3 is a class of federal firearms license not a weapon.

        1. Yeah, I meant NFA items. Thanks

  13. I can’t stand “gangsta” crap. I don’t know why I watched it. Probably the only 2 “gangstaz” who frequent a range though.
“That’s yo ass n****.” Yeah as long as they are standing still 20 yards in front of you.

My favorite part was the white guy bragging on his 2 hits in the 5in. black.

Why is the pudgy white guy squinting like he’s about to burst into tears in almost every shot he’s in? I think maybe he didn’t realize that firing guns is a lot harder and louder than blasting away in Modern Warfare.

  15. I think those guys are inspirational, I hope that one day I can be as talented as them both in amazing singing, and some of the most incredible shooting I’ve seen.

ah, fuck you guys. So they look stupid and have oddball tastes in music, who cares? Its not like they are gonna beat you all at anything. Just let them play with their toys. Besides, with a record like that guy, he is more likely to quit getting tattoos than start some gunfight.

I have no words to describe how horrible this is. Those men aren’t even pleasant to look at :C

  18. Idk i can stand the rap stand the shooting even stand the fake OG im tough bs… but I just cant stop laughing at how retarded the white dude looks.. he looks amish lmao!

Maybe this is secretly Tapco’s answer to the Magpul commercials…er…training videos.

  20. Not really my thing.

  21. CR Pyro Avatar

LOL Not too bad. I had to laugh at the operator operating in yo’ ass at 2:56, though. I’d love to see a mashup/competition between this guy, the LAV, and Magpul but I’d want the out takes more than the actual video.

  22. I didn’t realize these guys were rappers, I’ve seen them at my old local range before I moved out of South Florida. I may have to say hi one day if I see them there again.
