I don’t know how you can talk about ONE firearm on camera for 46 minutes, and I guess I’ll never find out. I would seriously rather do pretty much anything else than watch or listen to anymore of that guy.
My night was made though when I pondered how many subscribers he had compared to Hickok45… turns out Hickok has about 50k more, and his channel is almost a year younger than Nutnfancy’s. Looks like there is some justice.
As always make sure to check out the Nutnfancy pictures post and either comment how disgusted you are that those pictures exist, or else LOL your pants off because they are so dead-on accurate. It always makes my day when some hardcore Nutnfancy fan leaves a mad comment on that thread.
Once he started rambling about all kinds of weird stuff and straying on tangents of the political persuasion, I no longer watched anything he has submitted.
Pretty much said what I was wanting to say. I used to occasionally check his channel out, but when I saw that he put up 3 one hour long political vids that from the descriptions sounded like a FAUX news cast, I just stopped caring at all. It’s his channel if the peeps subed to him want to watch let em.
Also “for its compactness, reliability, accuracy, innovation, and firepower, this is one of the best compact combat shotguns on the planet,” and it has “good value.” That’s funny, I’ve been hearing the opposite. Wonder how much Kel Tec pays him for the “good reviews?”

When he does something i want to hear i usually put it on while making supper. Its not like you have to watch most of it. At least his reviews are not the ‘i brought a new gun here it is and i shot 25 rounds at the range today’ type which are totally worthless.
A review devoid of empirical evidence is worthless.
It would be if he didn’t have evidence. He’s got the paper targets and the footage to prove what he’s said. Of course if no one ever wants to watch the 30+ minute videos then I can see where one would be skeptical.
To put nutn in with sphincter and weapons retardation I think is a little harsh, for one he actually runs the guns and for another he doesn’t make up bullshit to rationalize breaking the safety rules (anyone remember that little muzzle sweeping action we saw in a sphincter episode)
Granted I can see where one would be turned off by various points in his personality, the long review lengths ext ext…
For me though, I like my reviews long and in depth. But that is just me, to each his own
I don’t know guys. Never heard of him until I saw that pictures post on ENDO, so I decided to watch a few videos for laughs. To my suprise I liked them, but then again I mostly watch those adventure/outdoor videos, knife reviews are damn decent as well.
Yeah, nutnfancy is very good in almost all he posts. I’ve been a fan of his since 2008. I dont understand the hatred that this blog has for him. Nutnfancy has 100x the info that this guy’s blog has and yet he’s criticizing him… makes no sense. The only drawback to nutnfancy’s vids are the length and they can get drawn out and boring. I only come around here for the occasional interesting post.

I still find the vids useful, its a hell of a lot better than the reviews you see in Guns & Ammo, in which you have to carefully spend forty minutes analyzing what they left out of the article to deduce what is wrong with the gun. I enjoy just plopping my ass down in front of the laptop, putting on a nutnfancy gun review (don’t care about the rest of his vids), and eating some french fries. Er…’tactical’ french fries…high drag low speed french fries.
He just seems like a pretty normal guy to me, and lets face it, if anyone offered us money to make youtube vids about guns 99% of us would say yes without hesitating.

That being said, I wish he’d drop the whole ‘I served, ergo I have to make sure every single person knows it and respects it’ thing that he had in his older vids (maybe newer vids? I dunno.) And please, for the love of god, stop saying ‘civilian sheepdog.’ Its the single most obnoxious title I’ve heard, even if the concept is sound.
I think a more appropriate matchup would be James ‘shoulder roller’ (but not in his schizophrenic-israeli-gun-advertisement-tier-yelling mode) and Nutnfancy, you could get some interesting dynamics going. Invite Gaston Glock and some whores, too, it’d be great.
After having watched the vast majority of his videos, I feel like he has a pretty damn good attitude about his service. I think initially a lot people gave him shit, thinking he was pretending to be something he wasn’t. So he came out about being in the Air Force. I also imagine he got a lot of requests from fans to know more about what he did, and he did a couple of videos about is career. Now he’s not operator enough I guess. Maybe he should do more barrel rolls like Chris Costa.

did not old ‘nut post some crap about taking a break from his long and whindy review. Must be karma that Hickok45 has more subscribers, he is just awesome talking and almost never starts ranting, and just shoots, plinks and enjoys the firearm he posts vids about.
90% of people like his videos when they’re about something they’re interested in buying, but think he’s kind of a douche in general.
Maybe 5% want to do lines of his semen.
The last 5% won’t shut the fuck up about how much he sucks on their blogs and forum posts.
Seriously? How long has this dude been putting out videos and somehow it’s still a surprise that they’re longer than you care to watch. It’s not like YouTube shows you the video duration in the thumbnail or anything. Most of his videos, I just skip. Personally, I don’t have 5 minutes for Kel-Tec, let alone 45. But, when I’m researching a gun purchase, it can be helpful to have this kind of information. YouTube is full of “I’ve owned this gun for 5 minutes and it’s awesome. Here’s how long it is and how much it weighs.” kinds of videos. Say what you will about his attitude or his face, but the guy invests a lot of time and energy into something he cares about. Either you derive value from it or not. So, his voice is annoying and his face is weird. But it’s a little too easy to make fun of those aspects when nobody can see or hear you.
I subscribe to nutnfancy and hickock45 and a bunch of other gun guys on YouTube. When one of them makes a video that interests me, I watch it. When they make a video that doesn’t interest me, I don’t watch it. It’s kinda weird how many guys get into this manufactured drama of bashing one YouTuber and supporting another.

I’ve actually enjoyed the Shot Show vids that he does; I think they’re the best actually.
I do agree that his review vids are annoyingly long, but I’d say he’s good at preventing company reps from just bullshitting about how awesome their new products are at Shot Show booth reviews and really point out the pros and cons that people would actually care about.
Almost everyone else just passively points a camera at the rep and simply allows the bullshit to flow unfiltered.
Other than that I personally don’t really have any strong opinions of the guy; the most important thing is that he seems to really enjoy doing what he does, going out and shooting, unlike some others who just seem to want to look cool and/or want to offer classes as a way to take people’s money who want to look as “cool” as them.
Comparing him to Hickok45 is a bit unfair; Hickok45, along with his son John, are just badasses.

NutNFancy is a hoot. Any negative comment that actually makes it past his sister, who goes through and actively screens, will be neg voted into oblivion by his legion of mouth breathing fans.
I’ve tried watching some of his videos, and just can’t make it through them. I’d rather read a review than listen to this nutter. Also, in some circles, he is refered to a SeizureLips. I mean, just look at the still picture posted – looks like he’s having a damn seizure if you ask me.
All I want for Christmas is Kel-tec to announce FNH will be manufacturing their products.

So much internet dick measuring when it comes to gun guys. I can’t help but wonder how vocal most would be if the subject turned to poundage’s lifted in the gym, or vids of actual fighting ability sans guns. I have found some of nut’s vids very useful when it has come to making purchases. And that’s all that matters. That he has some vids that don’t interest me, or that I disagree with? Not a real issue for me. But then, I’m not insecure about the size of my dick.
I think Hellzzarmy, Yeager, Nutnfancy, Erika and Cory, Vigilant, and WeaponsEducation need to make a video together It will be so long and so full of shit, YT will have to charge per view just to recoup their bandwidth and storage costs.
