Maple Syrup Glock Torture Test

Answering the question on every operator’s mind… How does the Glock handle maple syrup?

A word to the wise… stay out of maple syrup hot zones when you’re operating.

As ridiculous as the glock torture test videos mattv2099 makes, I enjoy every one of them.

I can’t wait to see what he comes up with next.

Thoughts?  Were you surprised maple syrup killed it?  Would the M&P pass the test? :P

  1. He needs to do a cornstarch and water test… and make sure he wears at least Level II protection

  2. Maybe this is why Canada still uses the Browning Hi-Power?

  3. This is officially porn… And I want pancakes…

  4. Man I wish I had as much time as he does.

  5. That is not maple syrup. It’s too thick. It’s probably Aunt Jamima or something. Honestly I don’t even know why I’m complaining about this detail.

    1. Well, I was going to complain that he wasted good maple syrup, but then I saw that it wasn’t.

Poor guy, he’ll be cleaning bits of sticky dirt out of his Glock for the next year.

    1. No they are dishwasher safe, just dont put it on the top rack.
However we now know a maple syrup water cannon will put down armed uprisings.

man, those Canadian operators are screwed if there is ever another attack on their maple syrup reserves.

  8. His mom is gonna be pissed when she finds out he broke that plate. (I saw the other videos, there’s no way he doesn’t live with his mom.)
But video related, I’m surprised it failed to function after that.

Lulz. His mother probably made scones with the remaining syrup.

  9. Too viscous for the striker, looks like.

  10. OH GOD IT’S LIKE A NIGHTMARE.

  11. Yuck… that poor Glock. The slide (and the firing pin and entire firing mechanism) was submerged in that stuff though, so think about what happens when you pull the trigger… I bet it’s just not hitting the primer, if it even gets there at all.

  12. Maybe it does hit the primer, but it is slowned down way too much.
How about if he had just put the full gun in the syrup, ready to fire, and removed it. Do you think it’d have fired a round? Many?

  13. When are they going to soak the Glock in some Santorum?

Geez! He’s the one soaked his pistol in higth-fructose corn syrup. What’d the pancakes do to him?
