1st Grader Rodney Lynch Doesn’t Play (Except When He Does)

play shoot someone with his fingers and then a pair of scissors… and get suspended:

In a letter to Lynch’s parents, the vice principal of Roscoe R. Nix Elementary School said their son had been sent to the principal’s office three times on Dec. 20 for pretending his fingers were scissors and then a gun. After the third incident, he was suspended, according to the letter, obtained by WJLA.

hahah that little guy is priceless.  Maybe when he gets older he can shack up with the Houston TX girl who got suspended and labeled a terrorist for her own finger gun? It will be like Bonnie and Clyde…

School officials questioned Rodney about things like whether his family owned a gun, and he had to tell them all his video games.

Oh wait a minute…. 2 different copies of Call of Duty?!?!?!??! This kid is obviously on his way to being a stone cold killer:

Rodney-Lynch-Finger-Scissor-GunBAN FINGER GUNS, ASSAULT FINGERS, and ASSAULT SCISSORS.  He’s got 10 fingers, and they’re all deadly.

<— Notice I screen capped Rodney in full face palm.  Fitting right?

Thoughts?

  1. “He’s got 10 fingers, and they’re all deadly.” At least he didn’t have high-capacity hands.

  2. That’s so stupid. He’s just a little kid, someone should have a talk with the teacher and principal.

  3. ban children and ban schools. badda-bing – no more kids getting shot at school. thank me later.

  4. I wonder how the teacher reported that to the principle?
Well he made a hand GUN = fired
He made his fingers like this = Fired
In fact the amount of times the teacher and principle must have broke their own rules must be huge.

  5. Yeah, my girlfriend’s kid has had to change schools for this same thing. They called it “pointing in a threatening manner.” And said he could no longer attend that school due to his behavior. And yes, it was a public school. He was in second grade.

  6. It’s amazing how much of the mainstream movies, video games, media, etc all celebrate violence (I’m not saying they shouldn’t cause I love it) and then when a child reenacts those things in good fun he gets reprimanded.

  7. Why did you leave out Medal of Honor Airborne. Game is fun yo.

Oh! I didn’t recognize that, “medal of honor” was blurry and I’m not that into games.

Being a kid, banned in first grade.

  9. Hell, in 7th grade my friends and I would pretend to shoot each other or with “air guns” (see air guitar”. One of us would start it off, eventually we would one up each other until someone “pulled out” a bazooka or some kind of HEAT launcher or grenade or something stupid. Teacher used to tell us to stop, or catch us here and there. That was it. Her husband was also a marine. LOL

    1. If these rules were around then i would have spent most of my life in detention or jail.
We used to play star wars too, i wonder if air light sabers are bad too.

    2. it’s funny cause you were doing this in 7th grade lol

  10. If he’d have kept his booger hook off the bang switch… wait…

  11. We all know guns don’t kill people, fingers do.

  12. Suspend him for liking the Ravens, not for using his imagination.

  13. Did you see a town in CT is having a…seriously now, a video game buyback ala a gun buyback.

    The stupid. It burns.
