The above picture was taken by the LA Times at a community meeting in the aftermath of a shooting where police shot a Guatemalan immigrant who had threatened passersby and officers with a knife, and refused repeated commands to drop the weapon. (Source)

Has that guy forgot about the 1992 riots? If you got rid of police all together in a city like Los Angeles, it would be an absolute war zone almost immediately.

U.S. Soldiers Charged With Killing Civilians For Sport And Keeping Fingers

NOT good:

A dozen U.S. soldiers are charged with organizing a secret “kill team” which allegedly murdered Afghan civilians at random and cut fingers and other body parts from corpses as trophies, according to new documents released by the U.S. military.

Japanese Rifle Girl Gets Swindled By A Carny

The total price of knocking over all 50 targets ends up at 5,360 yen. The actual price of the prizes totaled to 4,535 yen, so the festival booth guy made a profit of 825 yen. (About $10 USD)

Bushmaster ACR 3D Cutaway Firing

I really like the particle effect with the mud, water, and ice in the video.

As I was posting this article I realized that similar footage was released in the Leaked Remington ACR Promo Video that came out right before the last shot show. The rifle in that is FDE ( Flat Dark Earth ) colored though, and this one is black.

I forget, is FDE the “new” black? Or is it multicam that all the high-speeds are now rocking?
