Get your Nazis on the moon fix:

The film opened on March 10th at SXSW (South By SouthWest)… not sure when (or if) there is going to be a mass US release, but I’m sure there’s a lot of people out there that want to see this movie (myself included).

Anyone see it at SXSW?  How was it?

Nah not really.. just a poor logo decision:

Marine Corps scout snipers used the logo of the notorious Nazi SS organization while in Afghanistan in 2010, the service acknowledged Thursday.

We get it: Scout Sniper = SS … still what a terrible idea.

Full story at Marine Corps Times.

I hate to overuse *facepalm* graphics, so just know that the facepalm is implied.

Maximilian, the cartoonist that does Terminal Lance knocks it out of the park with this comic.

First I was like :/ then I heard “Nazi’s from the moon” and I was like LOL. Sold!

I’ll pick Nazi’s over Zombies any day of the week.  I can’t see a Nazi craze catching on though… that whole holocaust thing was really bad for public relations.   Hornady Nazi Ammo anyone? Not likely…

Thoughts?

Play as a soldier in the bloody missions of World War II. You and the members of your squad were sent to Paris, France with only one mission: Kill Nazis. On the way to destination spot, the plane was shot down. Every one, except for the sergeant, managed to escape the burning plane and hide in the woods. You are a loyal and courageous soldier so you must help the sergeant. That is the start of your first mission and a long bloody way to victory.

I would have thought a game like that would have been banned the second it was in the queue at Apple. Guess not?

Never before in history have active-duty American troops been invited to march in the Victory Day parade, according to the United States military. The occasion is the 65th anniversary of the defeat of Nazi Germany in World War II, a date that carries an almost sacred meaning in Russia.

Ukrainian and Russian sailors wearing in World War II-era Soviet soldiers’ uniforms march during a parade rehearsal in the central Ukrainian city of Sevastopol, the main base of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.

Anyone know what make / model guns those are?
