A preview of the amazing gameplay in Battlefield 4:

Battlefield-4Incredible. That will get your heart rate up!  The game is available for pre-order, but won’t ship until Dec 31, 2013!  Why anyone would pre-order a game that far in advance is beyond me.  It’s not like there are going to be a limited number of discs made heh.

Thoughts?  I always forget, am I supposed to hate Battlefield and love COD?  Hate them both?  I can’t keep up with games.

Holy… glitches in real life look painful:

Corridor-DigitalI haven’t online gamed in a while, but old school games like Quake, Duke Nukem, and Doom used to have glitches all the the time when we would play over the modem.

Accurate representation of the glitches you experience or what?

Video game site Kotaku takes a look:

If the safety is off, or if the gun is loaded without you being aware of it, keeping your finger off the trigger will ensure that you’re using it safely. Until you are ready to fire the gun, until you are ready to destroy what you’re pointing at, you should keep your finger off the trigger. It’s far too easy to accidentally pull the trigger because of a spasm or startled response to something.

Mostly, but there’s no reason to have your finger on the trigger even if there is a safety and you “know” that it’s on.

Check out the full article over at Kotaku.

When I thought the FPS beat down was going to be the highlight of this video, I was wrong:

Oh Lawd!  Rap! Dual brand Deagles! A chicken on his crotch? wtf? haha it gets worse though:

The point of the video was to promote a Kickstarter campaign for a FPS Russia video game.  I can’t say I was at all optimistic, and when I clicked the link my biggest fears came true.  It looks lame as hell… like some sort of weak-ass Contra knockoff.  Not cool. FPS Corporate gonna keep pimpin corporations as long as it pays.

As I’m writing this post I see he has already raised $6354 out of the $51377 goal.  People seem more than willing to throw money at this guy, so I’m sure that $51k goal will be far surpassed.  Further down on the Kickstarter campaign page it details what he will spend the money on if the campaign reaches different levels above the original goal.

Thoughts?  Are you going to throw $10 his way?

Another video game promotion.  All these YouTubers are toeing company lines now:

Like his hollywood buddy Freddiew, it seems that FPS is now also all about the corporate clients. I’ve got to wonder, does that drain the fun out of doing videos it as much as it appears to?

What a terrible looking suit.  I guess it’s just a costume though for the video, so in other words who cares.

I was 100% convinced FPS actually shaved his head for this video until he turned around at 1:47 where I think I can see some makeup lines.  Pretty good job on that makeup though if you ask me.

The graphics in this Hitman look amazing, but I wonder if the game play is any good.  Anyone play it yet?
