  1. THIS is right about where people like me, say: “I’ve got to get a bigger gun.”

hahah or else figure out more places to attach picatinny rails!

  2. That’s definitely been one of my more popular strips. Not everyone realizes it’s a paintball gun. :)

    Doc.

Hey Doc, thanks for stopping by!

I noticed that you classify your comic as “vaguely paintball”. The love of accessories definitely applies just as much to real guns. A lot of us probably have more money in accessories then we do in guns. I’m sure that’s the same with paintball too.

      Keep up the great work!

      1. Well, it started out as pure paintball- or paintball store, anyway, which included repair and mods along with sales. But, as any decent comic should, it’s evolved, so now it’s less genre` driven and more character driven.

But yeah, our crowd has it’s gadget-junkies too. You can actually buy accessories to make a paintball gun look (sort of) like a Barrett .50, and one of the more popular “mil sim” markers was designed to take accessories so you can make the same basic gun look like an MP5, AK, or AR- again, sort of. :)

That “beehive” shell for the 40MM? We have a paintball version of that. Shoots five or ten .43 cal balls at once, loads like the real thing too. :)

We don’t have a good, reliable grenade yet, though. The funny thing is, the paint-grenade gags in my strip don’t exaggerate- that’s pretty much how well they work. (Except for the one time one works right- *that* was an exaggeration. :) )

Count me as another reader. I don’t just play with the paintball stuff…

        Doc.

  3. … Wait, how did you get in my gun closet, DocN?

    ;)
