Canadian C7 Rifle Made Out Of Wood

Very talented guy,  I wouldn’t even know where to start.

Pretty neat that he made it in parts just like the real rifle.  I was pretty impressed to see the detachable ELCAN optic, magazine, and working bolt too.

Reminds me of the Wood Glock 19 I posted about a long time ago.

  1. That is pretty cool. I wonder how he made it. It almost seems like most of those parts could be made by putting a chunk of wood in a machine that normally machines them out of metal. If that’s the case, I guess it wouldn’t be much different than a very accurate plastic replica, but with wood instead. Still unique though! I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard to find someone willing to pay quite a bit for one.

  2. I’ve seen a few people over the internet who would make AR-15 lowers using wood or plastic. They work just as well even if they look a little weird.

Also, there’s a dude in Texas who creates working model firearms out of paper maché on Youtube. He’s created a paper M1911, a Remington 870, an AWSM, an unfinished AK-47 pistol, and a couple of K98 rifles. His current project is a paper MG-42
Check him out, his screenname is Tacome1942.
