Torture Testing A Primary Arms Red Dot Optic

After hearing all these rumors about how awesome the PA MD-0x series optics are I HAD to give it a run around the block. Of course, by “run around the block” I mean to subject it to environments that any commercial optic might run into. It’s not a series of unrelated, outlandish tests AT ALL.

Man, the second paragraph of the article had me rolling, heck the whole article did, that guy knows how to write some funny stuff.

The picture of it in the oven with a piece of cheese had the perfect caption. “I may have become bored”

But just from that article I might have to look into getting one of those for my shotgun, inexpensive yet withstands tactical bathroom applications!

What a great battery of tests! You’ll never see this much fun in the Consumer Reports magazine. I have just one suggestion for the final, supreme, histerically ultimate test, however….

Lend it to a bunch of kids for an hour or two.

If it can survive the seriously destructive ministrations of a thundering herd of six-and-seven year olds, chances are you have an optical aiming device worthy of the zombie apocalypse. Or World War Three. Or worse.

Just an observation….HEH.

haha yea kids definitely would give that thing a beating.
