I wish I had one of those badboys to properly commemorate the anniversary.

A great article on Lasers on the BBC news website – HERE

All I can think is the Lasiter from Firefly.

  2. I’m not gun savvy by any means, but it looks like if you pointed that laser at someone’s forehead the bullet would be lucky to hit them in the chin. That seems to be quite the disparity, unless its calibrated some way that I don’t know about.

What you are talking about is basically an exaggerated version of what happens with pretty much every firearm out there. It is called ‘sight over bore’ and the difference between that laser sight and the center of bore looks to be about the same as an AR15.

It would have to be “zeroed” for a certain distance. Like Evil Josh Said in the comments below.. it is definitely one disadvantage of not having the laser inline with the bore of the gun.

Hahaha, and I thought the laser sight in Terminator was excessively large. With the battery in, I bet that sight would weigh more than the gun.

WOW. Thats crazy. The lazer is huge (thats what she said). And just think of those lazermax lazers that replace the spring rod. Its like 100th smaller.

Even the CTC lazer grips. The lazer part is tiny.

at least this system doesn’t add any thickness to the grip of the gun like on the CTC glock laser grips. CTC could learn a thing or two from that ad :P
