  1. Some years ago, I’ve got my first gun (a Glock ;) ) for my 18th birthday. Well, a few months after – when I’ve got my license since I’m in a country where you need a piece of paper to get a gun :D
But CCW is not allowed until the age of 21 and a new permit.

Good pick on getting a Glock. What model do you have?

Can civilians get carry permits in your country? or do you need to be in law enforcement or the military?

      1. Glock 19 but I’ve expanded the contents of my safe since those days ;) (f.e., know the vz. 58?)

Civilians are basically allowed to carry a concealed weapon if they’re over 21, do a bit (not by much) harder exam, were not convicted of a crime (specified by the gun law) and are physically fit.
You don’t have to be in the law enforcement (as far as I know, it doesn’t help in any way with getting the “gun license”).

the g19 is one of my favorites. Yep I know the VZ 58 as well.

Sounds like your concealed carry laws are pretty nice over there. I had no idea.

Yea I had the Alice Cooper song “18” in my head, so I figures photoshopping him into the mix had to be done. :P
