California Police Warn Parents Of PedoBear

It’s pretty damn funny when internet memes crossover into real life and people don’t get them.

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Department issued a serious warning about pedobear last week:

  1. Reminds me of the time I saw a guy with a pedobear vinyl cling on his car window while I was at work. I just about burst into tears laughing and had to take a picture.

hahah It would be funny to stick those non permanent vinyl decals on random unsuspecting cars… police cars even. That probably wouldn’t go over too well though lol

  2. WoW they do realise that those who dress up as Pedobear aren’t really pedophiles right? I mean its just a joke. The bulletin makes out as if pedophiles are dressing up as Pedobear to do things with children. I think they missed the meme.

  3. Like Keith said, I find it really odd that not a single person on that police force has chimed in to say it’s all just a joke and these people aren’t really pedophiles.

  4. […] commission, or business-killing law; no, the San Luis Obispo county police department just issued a warning about pedobear. For realz. They even have public safety […]

Oho, oh my god I can’t stop laughing.

  6. Even when PedoBear is real, he’s not real.

  7. That’s conservative America for you! If they get a single touch from a stranger, they will label that person as a sex offender. Good luck chasing after a cartoon!

I actually did a psychological look at everyone’s favorite child-chasing bear. You can read it at: http://www.mangatherapy.com/post/1167215508/pedobear-psychology

Face it, Pedobear is never going to go away. I think he brings out a strong message against society exploiting others.

  8. As usual, the cops have NO freakin’ clue to life! Well, they don’t hire cops for their IQ, they just have to be stupid enough, or enough of a bully, to do the job.
