because it is simple, reliable, fast, and easy to control…
ND’s are very difficult to cause, and if you practice you can hit very small targets with ease…
there are far worse guns you could choose to carry…
would you really bet your life on a 22LR round? also can you get really high quality 22LR ammo that would be suitable for self defense? Even the expensive stuff I’ve had wasn’t as reliable as even the cheapest centerfire ammo I’ve used.
Some how I really doubt that this was broadcast to the passengers.
If it is real, then I imagine it was done on a private charter flight or similar… not a big commercial flight.
