Armed Notebook

And queue the artsy “purpose of” explanation…

Here, weapons which may typically be viewed as symbols of violence are converted to tools for peace. Our creativity and knowledge expressed through words and sketches are the best means to get our points across, not through force and/or violence – a strong message conveyed by the designer.

Those explanations never cease to make me laugh.  Cool notebooks though!

$20 each available – HERE

Sure to piss off a teacher or a principal if you get one of these for your kid.

  1. Hmmm, I might just have to get the revolver one for sketching.

  2. Some one should explain to those hippies that the pen is mightier then the sword

  3. I may get the revolver one. I’m sure it will turn heads since I work next to a senators office. He’s for guns though. Not one of those guns kill people politicos

  4. You know I have always thought of those things as tools, neither good nor evil. Just inert by itself, the only source of violence brought on by its user. But that is probably to deep a concept for the arts and croissant crowd to grasp.

  5. “Sure to piss off a teacher or a principal if you get one of these for your kid.”

More like: Sure to get your kid sent home, suspended or expelled if you get one for you kid.

  6. I wonder what kind of “Zero tolerance” crap they’d pull with this one…

  7. They should make one that looks like a WMD… here kid, take this to school :)
