If you kill a gun owner you are innocent before proven guilty in a court of law. You tell your story before 12 jurors how the gun owner made you fear for your life, how they attacked your youtube channels etc.. You make your case, you save all that evidence. And it is the 12 jurors that decide if you are guilty or a hero for killing a psychopath.
This video is just so all over the place. Unless he starts changing the way he does his videos and actually organizes his thoughts, I’m going to quit posting about him.
I could get a more intelligent presentation of thoughts on camera if I went downtown and interviewed some crack-head-wino-hobo, and that’s the truth.

Anything about GoTimothy on this website barely receives my attention anymore, if at all. I refuse to watch the videos he releases, because I don’t think he is worth any of my time.
I must say though, that I do love reading the comments of those who watch his videos. :D
The bill of rights was written as a limitation of the government, not rights of the people. If people don’t believe that, look at the 9th amendment. “The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people”
To be fair, he is at least partially accurate – all people are innocent until proven guilty when they walk into a courtroom. That does not change based off what you did, or who you did it to.
However, if he honestly believes that threats against his YouTube videos are a legitimate reason for premeditated murder (and that video up there just made it premeditated), he is even more insane than he originally looks…
I get sort of irked when I hear people say this. Think about it – if you commit a crime, you are guilty – doesn’t matter if it’s been proven beyond a reasonable doubt or not. You are simply presumed innocent until found guilty in court.
And that’s the Story of how Casey Anthony got off scott free. Guilty beyond a doubt, but presumed innocent and not found guilty in a court of law. She had no Alibi, she lied to the police, and even made up names of people who never even knew her. And yet she was proven innocent :/

But how disastrous would it be to presume someone guilty simply because they’ve been arrested, and put the burden of proof on them to prove otherwise? She was found not guilty because the state failed to prove its case. Ultimately it’s good that it works that way. I’m glad that there’s a high burden of proof for prosecutors; it would be pretty easy to convict an innocent person by coming up with only a few pieces of circumstantial evidence, but nothing that actually tied them to a crime. I’ll bet if you were to ask the jurors in the Casey Anthony case, some would say that they think she did it, but they had to acquit her because the state failed to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.

Absolutely Harsh :) ….He is promoting the killing of a particular group of individuals based on his beliefs being different from ours. Sounds like terrorism to me. In one of his videos this clown even says make sure you kick the gun out of the carriers holster after you run them over to help with your defense in court.

I only managed a few seconds of this nonsense. I mean, the guy can’t even give a decent presentation. I mean, the guy looks like a nutjob, and speaks with all the eloquence of a drunk person. His awkward pauses and messed up tempo make the whole thing painful to watch.
Not to mention you could easily find one that’s more presentable. I’ve seen a few homeless people over the years, and this guy is more disheveled than most. I’m sure you could easily find one that speak more clearly and make more sense, and also looks a whole lot more like a productive member of society. I’ll bet you could even find one that has never sexually assaulted a little kid too!

I believe he’s already stated that if he sees someone carrying a firearm he’ll run them over with his car. I can’t imagine what kind of monstrosity this guy drives!
