Clever Christmas Gun Store Radio Advertisement

PRK Arms based out of Fresno, CA came out with this clever commercial:

Unsurprisingly it boosted sales.  Really neat idea.  You can listen to the full unedited commercial HERE.

There is also made a funny “Male Enhancement” advertisement, which you can check out HERE.

Standard issue Boondock Saints tattoo spotted at 1:46 hehe

You can check out the PRK Arms website – HERE

  1. That radio spot is clearly made of win.

I also like how the news channel didn’t go high-and-mighty and preach to me about how evil and misleading this commercial is.

  2. I don’t get what the controversy is. Clever ad. Not tricking anybody but the most inept of listeners. Then that knob at the end saying “guns for christmas? not for christmas!”

  3. LOL “But not everyone thinks a gun for christmas is a good idea” LMAO.. One guy said so.

As for “controversial”, from a marketing standpoint, If it isn’t provocative it isn’t worth it. +1 PRK!

    Anyone get the PRK joke?

Peoples Republic of Kalifornia… LMAO.. I call it the PDRC (Peoples Democratic Republic of California) Just saying.

    1. Also noticed the sell CCCP parts. “Custom California Compliant Parts”

      WIN!

  4. lol Mark 23 Socom at 1:48. No one needs one of those.

    1. Unless you have the said mentioned Boondock Saints tattoo to go with it. Lol.

      No doubt!

  6. Hahaha this is my gunshop! Great place with great service, they can make pretty much any gun CA legal for us people stuck in this #@$%hole of a state.

  7. PRK is my gun shop. I’ve bought four guns this year from them. The guys there know what they are talking about and they know guns. Other guns and sporting goods stores in the area are most times rude and not helpful. At PRK, they are happy to see you. I’m going to start 2012 right by buying my fifth gun at PRK Arms.

  8. So is it a coincidence that that guy’s last name is “Muskowhite?”
Russians pronounce our W as a V, and a “muscovite” is the word for a resident of Moscow…

  9. Hello! This post could not be written any better!
Reading through this post reminds me of my old room mate!
He always kept talking about this. I will forward this write-up to him.
Pretty sure he will have a good read. Thanks for sharing!
