Installing An AR-15 Lower Parts Kit

A classy 3D video animation from CMMG shows us how it’s done:

Do it asap and secure your membership in the AR-15 Builders Club.

The video makes some of the steps look easy as pie… when in reality it’s going to take you a few tries unless you’re a seasoned pro.

CMMG makes a lot of AR-15 related items.  You can check out their website – HERE

The detents are the hardest part. Every now and then when I go to replace something on my AR, I forget about the detents. The latest one was a BW-NoMar-QD plate from Tareinco. I went to install the butt plate and launched the buffer detent across the room… twice. Once while taking off the buffer tube, and the second when I was reinstalling the tube.

This would have been helpful two weeks ago when I did my first AR.

As the saying goes, ‘fortune favours the bolt’.

Great video! I just put my lower together and it was the perfect guide. I’m having issues with the pin that holds the bolt release and the pin that connects the trigger guard. Other than those two issues, I’m good to go. Thanks.

So much easier to assemble than I had imagined. I didn’t think it would be hard, but only took about an hour on my first try, so much less for subsequent builds.

Undeniably believe that which you said. Your favorite reason appeared to be on the net the easiest thing to be aware of.
I say to you, I certainly get annoyed while people consider worries that
they plainly do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top as well as defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people can take
a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thanks
