Deagle Derp At Texas Chevrolet Dealership

Deagles really have a way of bringing out the derp in people:

Jello Wrists!  Watching him shoot at the range is painful.

Judging by the way the guy shoots, and his terrible trigger discipline you’ll probably have to worry about a negligent discharge “on his watch”.

There are a few other videos over on his youtube page.  Although they are all pre April fools day, I’m not really 100% sure they are not a joke.  His “Finnisher” character obviously created in an attempt to impress chicks and stroke his ego is almost too good to be true.

If I lived anywhere near Houston TX I’d stop by there just to investigate.

Thoughts?

Imma have to do dat. We’ll see when I get a chance to head down there.

  3. Oh god the wrists… and the trigger discipline at the end there…

I lack the proper vocabulary to describe how I feel about this…

pffffft, just one barrel? call me when he has a double deagle.

  7. Alright. This guy obviously has a lot to learn, but it’s nice to see even a nearly botched self-defense case turn a guy into a local celeb. Since ENDO didn’t include the original story in his post: http://www.khou.com/news/Bellaire-man-chases-down-suspect-after-neighbor-robbed-at-gunpoint-139325908.html

    1. Alright, in light of that story, he’s a fucking boss. Good on him, and he can pimp his mad deagle skills any time he wants.

OH MY FUCKING GOD! I READ THIS ON THEFIREARMBLOG! This guys neighbor was getting robbed at gunpoint.. this dude runs out of his house in his underwear carrying a fucking desert eagle. The robber turns to see what the hell is going on and the neighbor TAKES THE GUN FROM THE ROBBER! You couldn’t write a better script!

And I’ll bet you 20 bucks it’s not. If you’re man enough for the challenge and NikonMikon gets around to talking to the guy, then this bet is ON!!!

But seriously this guy appears fairly derp free to me. I mean in a week or two we’re gonna learn that he was some super-secret east-blok operator trying to live a new life but because of this video trained assassins from all over the world will attempt (and fail) to storm in on this dealership only to find out that he was masterminding the whole scenario to once and for all wipe his enemies out.

      Blamo!

Well I’m going to Houston this weekend to a car convention. Stopping in Crosby is kind of out of my way (going down HWY 90 instead of I-10) but if you guys really want me to stop by and talk with him I suppose I could and get some video (have a ‘dslr’ that takes video) too. I shall be an envoy from ENDO Media™. What do you think Mike? lolol

That would be epic. Make sure you ask him about why the sign banning carry is on the window (even if 45er says it isn’t relevant anymore) because I bet a lot of people don’t carry there because they don’t know better.

          1. That is a very good point that people don’t know better (though they should if they are carrying). I’d be curious to hear the response and it could very well be they didn’t realize it was still posted. I see that all of the time, people go in and out of a building every day and they couldn’t tell you what the front looks like anymore.

But can he actually hit what he’s aiming at? Is there a round in the chamber?
Will he have an accidental discharge?
    “Do you feel lucky, punk?”

Was “the Finnisher” inspired by TV’s “Sledge Hammer” character?

    1. “Do you feel lucky, punk?”

Why quote the thousands of people who misquote Dirty Harry? I think you mean, “You’ve got to ask yourself one question. Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya punk?”

So, if this guy is so into defending himself and others, why have the sign on his door preventing legal carry in his dealership?

See this screen shot from his video: http://oi43.tinypic.com/288701v.jpg

Sorry, should’ve said on the window, not the door. In the screen shot its in the top right corner. No image of a gun, just text explaining that concealed carry is banned.

    4. That’s interesting. That is a very old version of the sign banning conceal carry in Texas. That sign has been out of date for many, many years and is actually not a legal hindrance to any CHL holder. You can walk right on by that sign in today’s CHL world. I wonder what is up with that why they never took it down, or why they ever put it up in the first place?

  15. I’ve only been following the blog for a few months now so maybe I missed it, but what does derp mean? I understand from the context that it is not a good thing, but where did it originate?

    1. There is a Internet meme: “Google is your friend”, sometimes invoked by this web page http://www.fuckinggoogleit.com/ which you might find useful in future when you have had a bit more range time and no longer have to rely on the Net police to inform you.

      http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/derp

      1. Thanks kfg, but you didn’t have to be a dick about it.

        1. U mad bro?

Just kidding, don’t mind the Elite Memers. They are made up of individuals who proudly scour the internet and adopt its meme sub-culture for the chance to spring upon a newbie whose Google-fu has not yet developed… because you were probably too busy doing something in real life.

All in good fun here, keep calm and carry concealed.

For those who wondered if I did, I did not make it to Crosby this weekend, just got home and its doggone 4am. Gonna have to re-try to meet up with “THE FINNISHER” sometime in the future. He ain’t goin nowheres so I got plenty of opportunity to talk to him.

Since I didn’t deliver with the finnisher I figured i’d throw some interesting gun-law related info.

I saw some Woodlands sheriffs today running security at the car show I went to and I asked them about carrying without a CHL in your vehicle. Current Texas law is: No open carry, car carry without a CHL is limited to concealed only (not on your person). They DO NOT want to see it. It CAN be loaded and it CAN be within your reach. The general atmosphere is: If you don’t have a permit, you shouldn’t have a gun. (it sucks, felt like california or something…)

The sheriffs told me that it has to be unloaded and cannot be within reach which is absolutely incorrect from my understanding. This sucks because they will arrest you and you will have to go through that whole hassle even though you would be within the law if you had it concealed in your center console. I ended putting my glock unloaded in my fobus holster in my backpack and throwing in the back back of the vehicle. Shit was lame. You best believe as soon as I passed that sabine river I was +1’ing my Glock for when I saw good ol Bienvenue en Louisiane http://i.imgur.com/HiRS3.jpg

Hey! No worries, keep us updated on when you’re going that direction next time and hopefully you can get some footage.

As far as the wrong info you got from the Sherrifs, I always like getting my info in writing for that very reason.
