Expert Tea Cup Marksman

This guy is an expert troll marksman:

I’m just annoyed he wasn’t tea cupping and holding it sideways gangsta style… that would be the ultimate grip.

Broad sides of barns everywhere are shaking in their boots.

  1. Jesus christ. Think about how many people take that video as gospel. :-/

    1. I’m going to blatantly refuse to think about that… that’s horrific.

  2. Ah yes, another “expert village-idiot”

  3. Gun training from “Ex-Spurt Village”?

The next video in the series falsely claims that you should use the pad of the second knuckle for squeezing the trigger. Don’t!

Follow-through isn’t letting the trigger go either.

  4. He owns an HK handgun… did you really expect something better?

what do you have against a very fine weapon?

Uhm, yeah Vhyrus. Not sure how far back your mechanical engineering degree goes buddy, but the last time I checked H&K was still making some of the best weapons in the world (of course along with several others).

And as per the video, was it just me or did you guys get the feeling this guy was like deathly afraid or scared about what he was doing (maybe just camera shy? retarded?). Anyway, I wish we could all take this guy out to the range for a day and edumacate him. I love razzing as much as the next guy, but I just feel sorry that he’s going through life shooting his pistols like that.

    2. The biggest problem with HK handguns are the people (*coughfanboyscough*) holding them. I think the two comments to my original statement prove my point nicely.

Everyone has their favorite weapon / manufacturer. Take me for instance. I used to despise Glocks until I actually shot one and saw it taken apart. Left the store with a G21 and never looked back. Call me a fanboy if you want, doesn’t change the fact that it’s okay for people to have likes and dislikes. What are you a fanboy of? (no sarcasm, I’m actually interested in what people like and why the like it)

  5. Very useful video, very educational, he really looks like an expert. What is the next step? Showing how to tie your shoes properly?
I didn’t expect the video to be so short. People like that often listen to themselves and talk and talk and talk…. So when it ended I was like : “Yes, and… ?? Is that all?” Stupid c*cktease !

And this is a gun for God’ sake, no need to handle it like it’s gonna break down anytime, it ain’t made out of Lego.

The tight black tee screams tactical… this guy is clearly an experienced operator. This is the preferred operator grip for taking down insurgents in DirkaDirkastan.

I was trying to find anything he was doing right, didn’t have much luck the first time.
    Couldn’t watch it twice

    1. Well he did say “squeeze” the trigger instead of the incorrect “pull” when describing the correct method firing the handgun. Unfortunately, everything else about what he did/said was painfully wrong. I literally had my hand to my mouth the whole time in disgust.

I generally ask the shooter which one of Charlie’s Angels he is when I see someone using that grip.

  9. sideways teacup would be awesome!

  10. Always confirm your pistol is empty before you load it. You wouldn’t want to put two magazines in it by mistake. (sarcasm)

  11. Hey I don’t shoot like that, oh shit!! I’ve been going about it all wrong this whole time. Now that i know better my time in steel shooting and score in uspsa are gonna be dramatically better. Thank you Mr.Expert Now all he needs is Aviator Glasses and to do a front roll.

  12. The issue isn’t really being able to hit something, it’s any follow up shots you might try. People used to shoot very accurately with just one hand, it just tends to be slower. I actually know a guy who was in the German Army for a few years, and that’s how he shoots. He can bullseye a target fine, but can’t do it very quickly.

Everything handgun related can be learned from watching old TV cop shows. Hey Expert Village, Cagney and Lacey want their grip back or I’ll send T. J. Hooker to take that H&K away from you. By the way; do they make a USP in .38 special?

I actually prefer to shoot with my non-dominent hand on top of the slide this helps mitigate muzzle flip and also in case you have malfunction. He should definitely send the slide home on his finger to really get a good feel incase there is a round hiding.

  15. JEEBUS… did you see his trigger pull vid? Could he get more finger on that trigger?
