Toy Gun Review, Trolling, And Media Analysis

FateOfDestinee takes a look at some toy guns and some stories in the media:

Fate-Of-Destinee-ENDOYea god forbid kids would play with toy guns at school anymore *eye roll* I hate this world sometime.  I thought I had it bad because I heard stories from older people about how they would bring rifles to school and go shooting afterwards, and I was irritated I couldn’t do that.

I still can’t believe kids get in trouble for playing around… pointing their fingers like a gun, chewing their food into gun shapes etc… ridiculous.

Thoughts?

    I just can’t stand her.

But still, we played “cops and robbers” and “war” ~25 years ago every day. I always wanted to be the good guy so I had M16-styled toyrifle (and later on it was upgraded to M60-styled) from the market. You know, those that make that rattling-sound when you pull the trigger.

I’ve played videogames since I was 5 years old. My favourite game on C64 was Rambo II First Blood which was my favourite movie (and still one of my favourites) back in the day.

And I’ve watched action-movies all my life. Still my biggest crimes against society are speeding and driving without seatbelt (hell, that was last fall and RatedRRs PSA wasn’t around).

+1 on wanting her to go away.

+1 on playing war. Did the same thing in early 80’s and no one said anything. Now I am sure you would get picked up by the cops and be labeled emotionally disturbed.

  2. i had a cap gun when i was a kid and remember playing cops and robbers with it when i ran out of ammo at close range with it and having seen the movies when you run out of ammo you just gotta pistol whip em’ and so i did, and it works really good he went down like a sack of potatoes. anyway that’s how i got grounded playing with toy guns.
