Trayvon Martin Smoked That Loud Messed With Guns And Engaged In Fisticuffs

New *SHOCKING* evidence in the Martin / Zimmerman case:

Data released Thursday by the defense from slain Florida teenager Trayvon Martin’s cellphone includes texts with a friend about fighting, smoking pot and being forced to move out of his mother’s house because of trouble at school, as well as photos of a gun and what looks to be a potted marijuana plant.

I seriously can’t believe this case isn’t over and done with already.  I’m so sick of hearing both those guy’s names.  Frankly the only reason I even wrote this post was because I saw the news story and thought I could write a better title than they did.  Mission accomplished *self fist bump*.  I always wanted to use “fisticuffs” casually in a title too, and damn it worked well.

Trayvon-Martin-Shooting-TargetWow so Trayvon wasn’t the little angel he was originally being portrayed as?  What a huge shocker… my jaw will be scraping on the ground as a result for the next 24 hours.

On a related note, there hasn’t been much action on the Trayvon Martin Shooting Target post comments in a while.

I like how the media equate following someone with that person being justified in pounding your skull into the ground.

Franz May 24, 2013 at 06:37 am

I remember they tried to neuter the “stand your ground” laws over this incident, just like the tried to blame the OK destruction on global warming.

Anything to advance their political agenda.

Zimmerman had no reason to step to Travon and that’s that. That’s why he got his skull thumped. Martin was minding his business. Angel or not, smoking weed or getting in previous fights is irrelevant. Zimmerman’s bitch ass needed to be in the house minding his business. Fucks sake, he already called 911. I’d beat the shit out of him too if he stepped to me like super-rent-a-cop.

Sounds like you would be dead instead of him then.

Obviously you don’t know me, nor my skill set.

Unless your skill set includes ‘literally being spiderman’ my money is still going to be on the guy with the gun.

Remo Williams, is that you?

Great post. Except it’s not based on facts or evidence.

Zimmerman was returning to his car and was not approaching or in sight of Trayvon when the altercation occurred. Zimmerman never ‘stepped to Trayvon’ so you are completely wrong and out of line.

Los May 24, 2013 at 11:59 am

Fuck Zimmerman. He had no business messing with that kid. PERIOD! I pray he goes to jail to think about his dumb as decision.

John May 24, 2013 at 06:40 pm

Stated “Zimmerman had no reason to step to Travon”
Comment: Zimmerman never ‘stepped to Trayvon’
Response: “Fuck Zimmerman”

hmm….sounds like the usual back and forth about this case

One more question. Did Mr. Martin start the “altercation” or was he walking home talking on the phone? Maybe I don’t have all the facts, but Zimmerman seems like the pussy with a gun type of gun owner. His type has no business owning guns(or at least not conceal carrying). 2 cents.

very subtle trolling. takes a keen eye to see what you are doing here. well played!!!

Zimmerman was on private property. Private Property he had a right and entitlement to because he paid for that.

Trayvon had no right or claim to be on the private property. He was neither a resident nor a member.

At no point did Zimmerman “Step To” or provoke a fight from Trayvon. Zimmerman merely watched a suspicious person from a-far while informing the Police of said actions. Something Zimmerman was entitled and had a right to do on that private property. Furthermore Zimmerman was neighborhood watch and had been entrusted by the property owners to do such tasks.

Only after Trayvon realized he was being followed did he attack Zimmerman.

Now, even if Zimmerman “stepped to” Trayvon and called him every word in the book. That does not give Trayvon the right to use deadly force. (Which is what head-strikes are) In order for stand your ground to apply or even justifiable homicide there must be an imminent deadly threat. There was no such threat until Trayvon began hitting Zimmerman in the head.

Los May 25, 2013 at 09:11 am

I see your point, but again, was Trayvon minding his business before Zimmerman began “watching” him or was Trayvon about to commit a criminal act. Trayvon was not looking to fight anyone, he was walking. Zimmerman brought the ass beating on himself and because he COULD NOT defend himself, he had to shoot Trayvon. Remember, he brought that on himself. Trayvon may have been a hot head teen(like alot of American teens), but I believe Zimmerman handled the situation all wrong. He already called 911…he should’ve fell back. I said earlier I hope he goes to jail, but I retract that. I wish jail on no one. Zimmerman will have to live with his choice.

You were there? When do you testify in the trial?

Los May 26, 2013 at 08:13 pm

I guess all of us commenting can take heed to that.
