Teacher With A Gun In His Drawers Trying To Duck The Law

MrColionNoir beating anti gunners with their own rhetoric:

If you didn’t hear the store about the Wichita, KS teacher who was arrested for bringing a concealed handgun to school to protect his students, check it out.  I want to know who snitched!  A member of the staff who saw him printing? Some little anti-gun shit head kid?  haha

“The reason I brought my firearm to school is the punishment I would receive would be way better than having the possibility of standing by and watching my kids be executed.
Our children can no longer be sitting ducks with bulls-eyes on their back.”  <— CHURCH!

MrColionNoir-ENDO-New-York-ReloadWhat a great vid as usual.   hahah at the car comparison… pure gold.

MrColionNoir is wearing the NY Reload t-shirt from ENDO Apparel.

  1. OK, I’m in Texas.. And work for a district.
Police officers in my area want staff to be able to carry.
Police officers that work AT SCHOOLS want staff to be able to carry.
Staff want to be able to carry.
District leadership does not want us to carry, and even tho it’s legal, will fire you for keeping it in your car.

    1. Keep it in there and don’t tell them. You shouldn’t need it every day at school. Put it in the glovebox or car safe and be done with it. Castle law states you have the right to do that. They don’t know you have that half eaten bag of Doritos under the passenger seat, they won’t know you have your glock 19 in the glove box if you don’t tell them.

      -a fellow Texan.

  2. I applaud the teacher for taking a proactive stance on the welfare of his students. I don’t necessarily agree that teachers should be the ones armed, although I think they should have the option. Training and arming the janitors and other staff such as secretaries that could be roaming the hallways during class time may be a better option

Israel has school guards and they have been successful at preventing many attacks:

There for awhile during the 1st and 2nd Intifadas there was and M-16 or Galil on the wall by each teachers desks. The thought that a school full of extremely heavily armed teachers would be on hand to stop say would be killer would give any maniac pause.

I hope everything works out for that teacher. I commend his stance and willingness to defend ours kids.

  3. Well some people at my work read this blog, so I won’t say what I do…

I do think teachers, and staff members of a school district should be allowed to be armed at work. (I work IT for a school district, and go to multiple campuses a day). HOWEVER, a school defense situation is different than a personal defense situation. over 90% of personal defense situations are less than 3 feet away. In a mad shooter/school situation it is different. Door can be more than 40 feet away, and accuracy is of greater importance. I practice regularly, however some people I know only go to the range a couple times a year. That is not enough.

If I ran a district, teachers with CHL would be allowed to carry at work, only after they complete a separate 4 hour class by the local police/district, and show 10/10 proficiency at 15 yards every couple months.

  4. I’m not even an avid “guns for all” supporter but the idea of training teachers and staff who work in schools to responsibly carry guns could really help deter the growing trend of school shootings.
