  1. For those of you, who don’t get the C.R.E.A.M. reference. In my opinion one of the greatest/most underrated Hip hop (Rap) songs of all time! – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrsfJHLx5YA

  2. That video was soo corny! The way she was talking sounded like they might as well be non profits. she’s on the payroll. That video was worthless. A waste of a few minutes of everyone’s lives.

  3. She makes many valid points. That others can’t see them as valid doesn’t make her wrong.

  4. teeth. that’s all i saw. otherwise the video was lacking.

  5. “I had a friendly little debate over guns..” Enough of this debate already, friendly or not. I don’t need or want to convince anyone lacking the simple common sense needed to understand the pro gun side of the “debate”.

  6. The “hot coffee spill/lawsuit” is always a bad example to use because many people (including this woman, apparently) don’t bother to learn more about the famous case. The person who spilled that coffee on themselves received 3rd degree burns on her legs and genitals, had to spend 8 days in the burn unit of a local hospital, and had to get multiple skin grafts to repair the damage. If you’re curious, look up the pictures of it. It’s out there.

I worked in a restaurant and had hot coffee spilled on me before. If I had received 3rd degree burns and an expensive hospital stay from a beverage my employer made, I sure as shit would have sued my employer if they didn’t step forward to pay for the medical bills.

Getting injured in the USA is not cheap.

    1. I agree that it is a bad example. But the reason it was a successful lawsuit is that McDonald’s had already been sued and settled multiple times for similar incidents. So when it came to the penalty phase for the jury they went with the two days worth of coffee sales for the punitive damages.

If a gun company had multiple prior injury and death lawsuits due to the same defect in their firearms and didn’t remedy the issue, they would be put out of business very quickly.
