Old Ladies Like The Glock 42 – Therefore You Should Buy One

This sold me on getting the G42:

Glock-Diamond-Bedazzled-Pendant-JewelryI mean Kat Matoon guys… come on, SOLD! *full disclosure – I had no idea who she was until I googled her*  It’s clear that Glock really wants to sell this as a “white lady gun”… I feel alienated, and I’m sure the women of color in the world do as well.  When are we going to get a Glock ad for instance, with a powerful hispanic lady? Hey Glock?  haha there’s me trying to start something.  R. Lee Ermey is such an attention whore, but I love him.

Thoughts?

    Here ae my thoughts:

Do you have something against white ladies?

Are most of the ads on TV these days meant to sell only to black people simply because just about every ad has a main character that is black in it?

I have no idea if you are a libtard or not but your statements seem as if you have been brainwashed to think like one.

That’s the whole thing about the G42. It’s not aimed at us. It’s aimed at the single largest new gun buyer market out there: women. Personally, I don’t have a use for a G42, but I think it’s probably a better idea to equip new female shooters everywhere with a G42 than with a snub-nose .38. Glock won’t be able to keep these on the shelf this year, and us boys will get our single stack 9mm next year.

Exactly! Will I buy a G42? Probably not, but there will be a TON of them sold.

    2. This may be true, but I don’t really buy the idea that women’s gun needs are all that different from men’s. I personally always thought it was stupid to market snub-nosed .38s and small automatics to women and beginner shooters. They’re difficult to shoot well compared to a larger gun, like say a GLOCK 19, while being marketed to people generally less likely to shoot it enough to become truly proficient. At the same time the advantage of being easier to carry and conceal isn’t as relevant since, at least in my experience, someone looking to buy one isn’t really all that likely to carry it very often. And in the case of women many carry a large purse, which can hide something easier to shoot just as well as it can hide something small.
