We are actively sending weapons to Lybia, the whole Benghazi event was because of weapons smuggling efforts from our administration using Lybia as the broker to get weapons to Al Queda in Syria, the Al Queda forces in Lybia didnt like getting on the short end of those deals all the time and stormed the buildings that housed all those weapons and stormed the embassy killing our Ambassador and military personnel with them.
