Bullet Interceptor Shield For Office Warriors

If you want to see the most useless company promotional video on the planet:

$260 for the Level IIIA armor disguised as a desk pad.  Basically all anyone cared to see was the damage the the armor in that video, and they didn’t bother showing it. *facepalm* Yeager got sent a shield which he’s going to review, so we’ll see… normally his reviews are pretty good.

I don’t know… I’m sure this has it’s uses, but first of all it won’t stop rifle rounds so that makes it partially useless.  Secondly, at least half your body will be exposed to gunfire so you’d still have a really good chance of being shot.  Bullets travel faster than your shitty reflexes… another downside.

haha Look at this “in use” picture from the website:

Bullet-Interceptor

Not sure why he has his hand up and out like that.  Theres a picture of a lady doing the same thing on the site… then more unimpressive pictures of them holding the shield in portrait and landscape mode. *yawn*

leonidas-fabulousThis is basically the exact same thing as the derpy Minnesota shot blocker I posted about last year.

They need to release a spartan helmet disguised as a vase you can inconspicuously put on your desk. LOL

Thoughts?

I had to look up the 38 S&W caliber. I wonder where they found a revolver to shoot it. I don’t understand why they didn’t just use a 38 special. I am sure it would have been a lot cheaper.

      Probably because 38s&w is weaker.

A lot of webleys were in that caliber.

Hey Bob, why is your deskmat so thick… and wobbly?
    Oh, it’s bullet proof…
Huh. (Note to self: Kill Bob first, get armor.)

  3. I think the more we mainstream armor the better. Right now it’s too expensive. I’d like a few plates of soft and hard armor, but I don’t have a few extra grand laying around.

As for the size of that thing – it’s still bigger than the hard plates you’d put in a plate carrier. Protect the center mass and head.

what are you talking about? You can get an ar500 carrier and 2 plates for like 300 bucks couple grand maybe if you go balls deep and include the knee pads.

  4. Awesome idea. I’d like to get two and strap one to the front of me and one to the back so I can walk around with them. Ohhh… Wait….

As for the oath hand position thingy, there’s something in his hand that can be seen between his fingers. I’m betting a mirror so he can see the threat while his head is behind cover. OR a sign that says “please leave, this is a gun free zone, you are breaking the law, Obama ’16” Either way, surely an effective game changer…

I was surprised to see Yeager repping this product on his channel just a couple days ago.

Ill buy the spartan helmet if it has “melon labia” on it,in place of the original greek lettering.

How is the usefulness of this product not obvious? If you had ever taken statistics into account, you wouldn’t be so worried about being shot by a rifle while at work/school. Its a good idea. You’ve gotta come up with something other than “derp”, “derpy”, etc, by the way. It got old immediately.

Glad to see you’re still visiting the blog anyway since you tried to tell me what a waste of time it was (under a different comment name of course) 11 days ago on the Ammonation video.
