Pump Action AR-15 – Is There Any State This Isn’t Legal In?

Oh lawd:

haha amazing.  More info over at Troy Defense.

Pump-Action-AR15

Is there a legal reason they didn’t make a swinging (pin-able if needed) buffertube style stock instead?  That one looks kind of like a 3 year old designed it.  Everything else looks like it could be swapped out for other AR-15 parts.

Can it be slam fired? I’m guessing not :/

Thoughts?

The best part is that it’s legal to hunt with in PA, since semi auto isn’t hunting legal. It’s a great way to troll the wildlife officers.

Living in AWB Chitown, this looks like a winner to me. I’d rather have a pump gun laid out like an AR-15 then the current option of nothing at all.

That stock reminds me of the one used on the AK-12.
