Royal Nonesuch Awesome Homemade Weapon Insanity

Royal Nonesuch everyone… holy this kid is awesome. Below is just a taste…

Homemade .410 Revolver Carbine:

Ahhhhh no eye protection!

Rapid reload technique for slamfire pipe guns:

Interesting… I’m surprised that works so well.  DAT gold / tiger strip tho…

And people say guns “could” be completely banned / disappeared.  Yea right… this is a perfect example of how that’s never going to happen.  Royal Nonesuch graduated highschool just a few months ago.   I see a bright future for him as long as he stays safe.  I’m definitely not as confident in pipe integrity as he is.

Royal-Nonesuch-YouTubeI think it’s safe to say his channel is definitely worth subscribing to.

BAN PIPE!  Ban smart young guys who can weld and like to tinker around with weapons!

You can get the Selector Switch Shirt he’s wearing in the first video over at ENDO Apparel.

Thoughts?

That kid need eye protection more than the rest of us combined! He also needs a machine shop and an engineering scholarship stat!

I’ve stayed away from scratch building guns because of the ban on smooth bore pistols, and how that eliminates the easiest way to make a barrel. For some reason I totally missed the fact that homemade smooth bore shotguns would be easy, legal, and practical. I might have to tinker a bit myself now (with eyepro), thanks for the inspiration Nonesuch!

remember – you can always build a homemade shotgun and then use chamber inserts for smaller calibers too.

The chamber inserts are rifled.

I guess that soft pipe metal will let him know when it’s getting unsafe by expanding a little and preventing him from removing the pipe from the frame pipe? I wonder if he’s tried slugs yet?

I like this guy. I think I’ll tuck some of these ideas away for emergency use.

That kid has balls to be shooting that contraption (haha with no eye pro)… awesome!
And hey he apologized for not wearing eye pro, and didn’t make a justification video James Yeager style, he’ll be just fine.

I had never heard of his channel before. He sent me a PM about shooting some “pipe slugs” and wanted me to test and film them to see if they were tumbling in the air. His channel is really new.
Any issues people are nit-picking him about will be polished-up over time.
He has a good mechanical aptitude and I’m sure he will pursue that, learn machine work, etc.

Hearing his cameraman breathing is annoying.

At least his doctor can perform a remote diagnosis.

When he is down at the hardware store investing in some eye protection, how about some ear protection as well – he appears to be wearing a set of ipod ear-buds as sound protection!

This kid has talent. Here I thought I was nifty creating my own short stroke trigger bar prototypes for my Keltec PF-9, and he goes and makes pipeguns.

*Hats Off*

I really want to build one of these, but the engineer in me makes me want to make it more complicated than it probably has to be. there is just something extremely tempting about a trigger fired, break action, over and under pipe gun. I can only imagine showing up to the sporting clays range with it as a troll maneuver.

You know if you perfected that gun then went to the right gun company you might be able to good money if you patent that as some kind of survival gun like the AR-7 22. survival rifle.

Isn’t this how kalishnikov started his design career as well, just building. He may make it big
