John Wick Trailer

Keanu Reeves and some gunplay:

hahha @ 1:27, are those dual Walther P22’s (.22LR) with the “compensators” LOL thats such a derpy thing to put on a 22?  Longer sight radius would be a bit nicer I suppose:

John-Wick-1

I see Keanu’s acting still is the exact same.

1:34 dat KEL-TEC KSG:

John-Wick-2

1:48 – No slide recroprication :/

Oops nm… What I thought was a walther P22 looks like it might be an HK or Sig (judging by the hammer and trigger guard):

John-Wick-3

Meh I don’t know… I’ll probably watch it but I’m not trying to see it in the theater.

Thoughts? Anyone have an actual ID on the handgun with the comp, and what the comp is (if not custom)?

  1. The handgun looks like an HK P30L or an HK45. Not sure about the comp though.

  2. Hk VP9

    1. VP9s are striker fired, fool.

VP9s rail also extends flat with the front of the gun. The P30s rail is shorted and angled away from the front of the gun.

  3. Based on the trigger guard shape, I’m now pretty confident that it’s a P30L instead of a HK45.

Strange things are afoot at the Circle K.

    1. I like how you think. You may be my friend.

      Yeah, that’s a dick move.

Yeah, I always make a point of avoiding movies with harmless pets getting killed.

But a puppy? That’s an even bigger deal breaker than Keanu being the star.

Doesn’t look like Reek can ever catch a break.

    1. I thought that guy looked familiar.

  10. 1) Cheesy a little… Yup. Same category as Expendables. That being said, I’m in!
    2) A puppy?! The movie industry is going to far.
    3) Adrianne Palicki. My girl.

  11. Whoa! I totally need a suppressor with RAILS! YEEEESSSS that would make me a full-on Tier -1 operator — then I can operate operationally!!!

  12. Mike, they are P30L’s with comps. Super lame I know.

  13. Just caught the movie last night and I found the action scenes to be really enjoyable. They actually consider real bullet counts in the movie as you can see Keanu reloading several times throughout the gun fights. It looks like they wanted to please the gun enthusiasts out there. It’s a shame some people will bypass this movie because of it has Keanu in it but if you go in with an open mind, it’s a very decent action flick. My only complaint is the last battle was a letdown.. but the amount of action throughout the movie more than makes up for that…

    1. The very first action scene. In the home is by far my favorite. Love the gun-fu and the fact that he actually reloads at realistic points.

  14. Oh, and if anyone who saw the movie knows what kind of compensator he has on his P30L, I’d love to know.. it looks damn sweet… also, what type of M4 he uses as well. I think it was a POF style M4 but I can’t be sure.

The M4 in a Coharie Arms CA-415. It’s an american copy of the H&K 416

  16. All you need to know about the rigs in this movie are right here… http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/John_Wick also.. they are the HK P30L with comps

  17. Can anyone tell me who makes those compensators for his HK’s?

    1. Andrew Avatar

That compensator is a fabrication. It was added for flavor. It is not currently made by any company. He uses an HK P30L and a glock 23 compact. Hope this helps. It is a pretty sick fab job by hollywood though. Oh and both guns in the movie are 9mm. Have a nice day.

      Glock 26 sorry

It’s an HK45 with a match weight compensator and a Walter PPQ and then twin subcompact glocks in the box
