*face palm* it’s no surprise that all these anti-gun types hear is hot-button words and then jump to quick conclusions. “Assault” “full auto” “high capacity” … all good examples which make their spidey sense tingle.
14 retweets, 3 favorites, and about 100 comments on that little statement of hers though. I say some pretty profound stuff (no I don’t hahah) on twitter and I never get anywhere close to that and I have a hell of a lot more than 82 followers.
LOL in another tweet of her’s she talks about how in the wake of the Ferguson riots her husband wants to get a gun, but she does not want one because having a gun in the house obviously means her husband will shoot her or her kid accidentally…. or maybe even on purpose because you know how guns “turn” good people evil. Godspeed Jennifer’s husband… godspeed.

I don’t spend much time looking at twitter, but that was worth the clickthrough. She is getting crushed in her comments (or replies, or whatever they are). There might be one or two, out of many, that are trying to support her, but they don’t make enough sense for me to tell for sure.
If that level of response is representative of a gunsense (TM) twit’s experiences, it has got to be demoralizing to drag yourself out of bed long enough to manufacture some faux outrage, only to be swallowed up in an avalanche.

She just posted yet another one saying that AK47 means “Automatic Killer 47” I honstly cannot grasp how someone can be that ignorant and blind about a subject, especially when the access to the Internet and unlimited knowledge available at your fingertips. I would rather be educated about something that I was “against” rather than make myself look like an utter ass from the start. Hell Gun control advocates confuse the shit out of me period. The level of ignorance is astounding.

Her only response has been a vague reference to her poor research skills, then pleading for all of the pro-2A crowd to stop teasing her. It works both ways. The antis go out of their way to characterize gun owners as cavemen in social media, but they can’t deal with it when we hit back with (mostly polite) corrections and facts.

It’s hard to say because posts from Antis are just as dumb. Difficult to distinguish a troll from a real mom demanding some action.
