How Beretta Keeps It 100 Every Single Day

Holy, I like everything about this video:

Wow… from the equipment, to the sound, to the CNC machining, and manual work… incredible capability-flex.

Beretta-Firearms-LogoI had no idea their premium guns were made by hand still like that.  That makes me really want one now…. I’d still want to do something ignorant like turn that stock Yung Luigi spent 100 hours on into a birds head grip though.  Yeeeeeeechhhhhh I know.

Thoughts?

Aaaw yiiis. Naysayers gonna naysay when they get to the end and realize there was no tannerite, no drones, and no boobies used in the entire video. I give this video 10 calzones. Bellissimo, Yung Luigi, BELLISSIMO!

loved the video… but the perfect ending would be the guy at the end turns and shoots his “buddy” in the face and it is revealed the shooter is Dick Cheney

That’s an M. Night Shyamalan twist right there

MAN I hate that guy. The only time I’ve ever been enraged after a movie was when I saw The Village. Oh, and Planet of The Apes. I told myself that if Marky Mark kisses that damn monkey woman I’m walking my ass outta here, and he did. So I did.

        And also Pootie Tang.

100+! Technical question- at 3:41 to 3:46 a cross bolt is being screwed into the reciever with an integral “tab”. When tightened, the tab is pressed into the reciever side, in its own recess, revealing an uniterrupted engraving. So if you absolutely had to disassemble the reciever, how do you pry up the tab? Or does one simply not ask?

I’m thinking a magnet! That part was cool too.

Push at the hinge to lift the edge of the tab I’d say

  6. So sick! That sound design was beautiful.

Imagine the skills needed to put these firearms together formed with the skills of an operator like XXXXXXXXXX. Amazing trailer can’t wait for the movie!!

Hey post the full link please. That one looks suspicious!

  9. The only flaw was Mr. Tweed closed the action on an unloaded shotgun before shouldering it to the sound of birds.

Bahhh! That’s the same feeling I get when I see somebody in a movie draw a 1911 with the hammer down and fire! SO CLOSE!

2:32- “Thank you giant, expensive, cool, incredibly precise machine, but I’ll take it from here”

Because they’re Italian, I have no doubt that their factory/workshop looks exactly that cool all the time. No wonder their shotties are so pricey though, it takes Vincenzo 3 damn hours to cool-slow-motion-walk his ass from the machine to the workbench, and Vincenzo be gettin’ paid hourly! (I’m reaching for stuff to make fun of because that truly was an awesome vid)

    1. HAHA! Well put, sir. I was kinda wondering the whole time if machines are capable of every step of the process? I mean, carving a wood stock from scratch seems like a lot of work. Is it possible that a warehouse could simply be fed raw materials and spit out that quality (or even better) of firearms?

Awesome video! It’s sad (for me) to see that Beretta is able to employ more automation to make a shotgun than my company uses to manufacture leading edge microchips. I wish we had their automation.
