Yeah she is one of that new breed of Facebook gangsta. She probably deals in essential oils, makeup and beauty products… Hush-hush though, only messenger or private messages.
This guy’s Facebook page says “news personality”. It used to be that everyone wanted to be “Investigative Journalist.” I guess nobody wants to dig for real stories anymore and just want to reach local celebrity status. My local weatherman is a legend for how many beers he puts away on the weekends, and the rest of his bar antics.
This cop is wrong. She can insult all she wants. It is free speech. The picture wasn’t a blatant threat either, it sounds more defensive (not saying she will find them but ,that they will find her)… Then again I’m not a lawyer. Still, my bet is she pays the fine and the charges go away.

If any person, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, or harass any person, shall use a computer or computer network to communicate obscene, vulgar, profane, lewd, lascivious, or indecent language, or make any suggestion or proposal of an obscene nature, or threaten any illegal or immoral act, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
“Victim” presented probable cause to an officer. Officers have to deal with this bullshit all the time. I doubt the Commonwealth Attorney will even pick up the case and whether it flies in court is another matter. I’m sure there is more to this that what is presented in this self serving “news” broadcast. Also, she only got served with a permitted warrant. She probably was not even booked or had a sweet arrest photo taken.
When you say the the Commonwealth Attorney will probably not pick the case up, I have to point out just how ass-backwards Virginia is. And my language was not meant to coerce, intimidate or harass. Lol.
