Judge says his first attempt was an AK, he put that back and then did it again with another rifle, factually an AR-15. We never get to see him stuff the AK :(

Sounds accurate, everything with a .30 cal clipazine ghost gun can be classified as an AK47. Just as the south doesn’t discriminate Coke from non Coke products, it’s become a catch all.
