• Cutting Up Military And Tactical Boots To See What’s Inside

This guy’s channel (Rose Anvil) is cool.  Basically he goes deep into the quality of footwear by evaluating different aspects of it (the leather, construction, sole quality, stitching etc..), then cutting them in half:

Above he takes a look at some tactical boots from 5.11, Danner, Under Armour, Merrell, Lowa.

Why it took 57 years to replace the classic Jungle boots:

It’s crazy how much better the materials are on the Jungle boots, than the modern boots in the first video.

    The bunny boot test:

Really cool niche videos and channel.

  • Smith & Wesson – Empowering Americans Who We Are Promo Vid

They did a nice job on this:

Not all that much happens in this video, but it portrays the vibe of quality and employee dedication.  I fully realize this blog is a “marketing appreciation” vid a lot of the times;  It is what it is.. I appreciate good marketing.  Until less than a decade ago the firearms industry was rife with unbelievably poor print and video marketing from both small and gigantic companies.  This has definitely got a lot better over the years, since more of these companies have realized the importance of building a brand on social media.  The current consumer isn’t boomers who only read NRA weekly in print (or whatever tf they call it), and take it as gospel.

  • Kyle Rittenhouse Fires a Mini Gun And People On Twitter Don’t Like it

ME: *Meh + yawn + biigggg stretch*:

If you click through to read the comments on Twitter, I have to warn you they are reaching Facebook levels of cringe.

This kid seems to be successfully doing what that bozo George Zimmerman attempted to do.. which is turn himself into a celebrity.  I’m not sure how that’s turning out financially, but I’m sure he has billions of hardcore sheepdog style supporters worldwide.  Regardless of the fact I don’t personally like the cut of this kid’s jib (based mostly off my gut feeling), I will sympathize that the rough thing about the justice system is that even though he was acquitted of all major charges his life is totally ruined.  Shitty to say the least.

Naturally he partnered with an online game studio to promote a game where you “Play as Kyle Rittenhouse to destroy fake news turkeys in a simple point n’ shoot game for all ages to enjoy!”.  YIKES, that’s turbo cringe.  There’s even a “fake news turkey shoot” rap song at 0:50.

Damn I wish app sales numbers were public.  How many people are spending the $10 for this game?  I need to know haha.

It’s only a matter of time before Rittenhouse BBQ sauce, and tactical self defense tool which doubles as a pie fork get released.

  • Silencerco Manufacturing The Gas Defeating Charging Handle

🚨 manufacturing vid alert 🚨.  My favorite:

I like the spooky vibe of the vid.  For those that don’t know.. if you shoot suppressed with a regular AR-15 charging handle installed, some of the gas takes the path of least resistance and decides to blast you in the face out of the little space between the charging handle and the upper receiver.  It’s unpleasant.  This Silencerco charging handle DEFEATS that gas 💨.

0:37 – When the CNC starts spittin that outhouse water, you know shit is about to go down.

Off the top of my head I don’t know how many other charging handles are forged rather than billet like this one.. but I sure do like billet.

By the end of the video I was throwing money at the screen like “GIVE ME IT.. I DON’T CARE WHAT IT COSTS” 😂.

  • Trijicon Hammer ACOG

Alright alright alright *extremely Matthew McConaughey voice*:

Someone did it just to do it haha.  I’m not mad at it.

I was contemplating calling this post the ACOH (Advanced Combat Optical Hammer).
