5.56x45mm

Slide in the little adapter thing, and boom that’s it:

The company that makes it is MEAN Arms and they call it the…. wait for it… wait for it.. ENDOmag haha.  I truly hope piehitters don’t start emailing me with their questions and concerns just because the name says ENDO in it.

This seems pretty cool because you DON’T have to buy a magwell adapter for your AR if you want to shoot 9mm… however those ones typically use standard Glock mags which is a plus in my books because I own a handful of Glocks.  Were there feeding and reliability with those AR / Glock mag systems?  I’m not really “in the know” when it comes to that.  The ENDOmag is on pre-order right now for $25 (3 pack for $69) if you click the above link.

A boring video of it in action:

1:03 – OMG someone punch that guy in the dick and show him how to properly remove a round from a magazine by sliding it forward with your thumb. I realize what he’s doing does in fact work.. but it’s painful to watch. I’ve never seen anyone do it that way.

You can read more about this machine over at Primatic.

Like-A-SirHahha what a complicated machine to accomplish such a mundane task.  I like the idea of a full magazine being loaded in less than 9 seconds though.  Really, a speed loader like the LULA does a quick / excellent job and only costs around $25.  No word on the price of this automatic thing, but as they say “If you have to ask, you can’t afford it”.

Automatic-Magazine-Loader-Thumb

Ugh “BULLETS per magazine”… seriously… “bullets”?  What kind of rookie operation is this?  I’m fully expecting all the guys in the comments with the talk about “clip.. magazine… bullets.. cartridges… it makes no difference. Semantics bRAH.” to jump on me.  Yes it does make a difference.. you sound like a rube talking about your clips with bullets in them, so if that’s what you’re going for then by all means disregard the actual names.

And what’s this 29 not 30 bullshit?  Like Biggie Smalls said Don’t fill them clips too high / give them bullets room to breathe amirite fellas?  I know some operators say 29 so there less tension when you’re initially trying to seat the magazine.

Taofledermaus grows silver crystals on a .223 Rem cartridge like a boss:

jackie-chan-mind-blownBorrow silver nitrate from someone, throw thousands of your .223 brass into the silver nitrate solution, scrape silver crystals off and…. profit?

Science.  I’m trying to hold some Platinum Nitrate.  I’ve been dreamin’ too long, too long, too long. I don’t like to dream about gettin’ paid.

A catchy original song by FXhummel1:

You might recognize TheYankeeMarshal in the vid doing some funny stuff.  Choosing The Proper Concealed Carry Handgun is still my favorite video by him.

I really liked the quick cuts, and the different acted out scenes in this video… it spiced it up!

You can pick up a Run Guns T-shirt over at ENDO Apparel.

I really don’t have time for a 42 minute derp analysis, but maybe some of you do:

After a cursory skim through the video I can see they are in full OPSEC mode in typical Vigilant Spectre greyman fashion.  Like I said, I don’t have the time or the energy to critique 42 minutes of them, but on quick glance there seems to be remarkably less derp (when it comes to safety anyway.. although there is far more talking than shooting).  I’m not a fan of the camera man’s position at 27:52… i’ll say that, but a lot of you probably will disagree.  17:40 – Spraying Rem-oil on all their barrels because it helps cooling by “creating a layer that directly heat-exchanges with the atmosphere around the barrel”.  Sounds like messy redneck science to me.. plus they are just shooting semi-auto.  There we a couple other “tips” I heard that I know were incorrect, but it was nothing that would hurt anyone so that doesn’t concern me as much as some of the stuff in the previous videos.

They connect with the target multiple times at 400-650 yards toward the end of the video… that is pretty good by my standards.

See, I’m fair!  Like I said in the comments of the posts I criticized them on… come out with some good stuff and i’ll praise it, but if you put out unsafe instructional derp vids i’ll call you out and burn you until my hands hurt from typing so much.

The whole “I filed a police report listing Mike and EverydayNoDaysOff in it” threat was just plain retarded.  I consider that water under the bridge now… but seriously why even make such a ridiculous threat when that was all information you made public?  What did you think would happen?

Hopefully this is the start of safer, less derpy videos. Once you guys realize you can edit out some of the misinformation you spout when you’re nervous, and the occasional safety slip up you’ll probably find your youtube comments and other feedback is a lot more pleasant.
