cannon

A short demonstration of their lethality:

Come-And-Take-ItThese things are likely in cartel hands by now, being distributed to nefarious characters worldwide.  That cannon assault ring loophole is killing our youth, we have to ban them before another life is lost.

YouTube’s Richard Ryan takes a break from slaughtering Apple products:

*Dat slow motion*.

Like he said, so much for those dent resistant polymer side panels haha.

The Russian accent starts off strong… but then gets weaker as the video gets cooler:

In my opinion, the fat jokes he was making while waiting for his food were unnecessary (starting at 1:38).  That said, the tank has some serious firepower!

Made by some kids at the University of Nottingham in the UK:

Pretty risky move in the UK.  Observe at 1:47 when the crazed smoke ring gunman lets loose.

I purpose filling the box with a mixture of concentrated cigarette smoke and farts, and essentially firing cancer and stink directly at enemy lungs.

The University of Nottingham is in the hometown of Heckler & Koch.  If HK made a smoke ring vortex cannon they would only sell it to law enforcement for copious amounts of money, and scoff at the civilian market worldwide.

You can check out this bigger, more grown up version of the Cannon with a guy that’s just a bit more excited than he should be.

And 2x as anti-climactic. But you guys seem to like when I post about them so here:

You can even pre-order one for $30 and flood YouTube with your own boring videos. I recommend shooting at some tannerite, that might actually make for an interesting video if you can find a way to set it off with one of these puny pieces of crap.

This cannon solved the amateur radioman’s problem of setting up long antenna’s over top of trees. The old method of a slingshot or bow & arrow were too oldschool for the inventor.

One of the coolest features is the augmented reality scope.  The inventor rigged up his HTC Desire Z android smart phone up top, and installed GeoCam (an augmented reality aiming app).

You can check out more information on the build at the inventor’s website – HERE, HERE and HERE

More information on pneumatic antenna launching systems – HERE

I briefly installed the GeoCam app on my Motorola XOOM, and in the limited amount of time I played around with it, it seemed pretty cool.   Maybe if I’m feeling adventurous someday i’ll mount it on a gun and see what kind of groups I can get.
