Coalition To Stop Gun Violence grasping at trying to make you feel guilty / responsible for mass shootings and other gun violence:

You didn’t buy the gun. You didn’t pull the trigger. But if you’ve voted for politicians that refuse to support common sense gun laws, you’ve helped to facilitate mass shootings in America.

Oh and imagine that… both Aurora and Sandy Hook are both “Gun Free Zones”. What a breathtaking coincidence a psycho decided to go on a rampage at those places.

Criminals Rarely Use Assault Weapons

Yea exactly, from what I’ve heard / seen, thugs use hi-points, llamas, lorcins etc… Mainly I’d assume because they are cheap, easy to get, and most importantly easy to conceal. Walking around with a 3ft long AK-47 when you’re trying to duck the law isn’t exactly a great plan if you want to stay out of prison.

Holy Jerry is huge! I bet he’s got a cool ironic nickname like “Little Doorkicker”.

3:24 – So Dom’s friend would admittedly lock up regular citizens for stupid shit like high (standard) capacity mags if the laws changed? *sigh* I suppose him and his family need to eat. I’m not a fan of that kind of thing though. I wish law enforcement would band together and be like “UHHHH no.. these people are not the problem. You politicians can go get your hands dirty and arrest harmless people if you want, but we’re not doing it.”

Lower Magazine Capacity Doesn’t Make Anyone Safer

Dave Champion and Bill Carns illustrate the difference between a 17 round magazine and an 8 round magazine. The video clearly shows that the motivation behind such restrictive legislation is designed to limit Americans’ rights.

The point is CRIMINALS DON’T OBEY LAWS so what good is a ban going to do if the high capacity and regular capacity mags are still in existence.

The only small public benefit I can see coming from a shooter carrying a lower capacity magazine is there is a possibility they could fumble with it on a reload, which would create a window of opportinity to stop the threat.
