explosive

Tannerite is so awesome, one senator wants to make it more difficult to get:

Some highlights:

(0:55) – Ron Humbert of the metro bomb squad is “extremely nervous” because it could be used for something other than its intended purpose.  Yea Ron?  Do kitchen knives, gasoline, fertilizer, javex, plastic bags, lasers, vehicles etc… etc… also make you extremely nervous?

People blow this stuff out of proportion.  (1:46) – OMG THE BLAST DESTROYED THE WOOD it was placed on! Also this quote:

(2:00) – Dat explosion.  If you’re not scared by that, you’re not breathin’ -State Senator Jim Merritt

Bannerite Tannerite!  Actually please don’t.   Tannerite must love all the free publicity they have been getting over the years.  What more could a company ask for? The media demonizes your product, most of the people that see the fear piece think it’s awesome (not scary)… your two concerns become 1) How to supply the market with all the product it needs?  2) What should I do with all this money?

Thoughts?

Yawn:

200lbs of fail for not involving fire.  “OOOOO some orange looking dust”  pfft big deal.   Check out this video from Boomershoot to see how to do it right.

What a waste.  Also what’s with all the swearing now?  Is it some Yeager-esque attempt to bolster a “tough guy” image?

Thoughts?

Input Coordinates And Wave Goodbye:

The APMI XM395, cartridge uses a standard M934 high-explosive 120mm projectile body. In the nose, a GPS receiver and computer controlled aerodynamic directional fins keep the round on its programmed trajectory. Folding fins in the tail provide stability.

APMI also has a multi-functional fuse, which allows the round to be programmed to explode in the air, once it hits a hard surface or after it penetrates inside a target.

In order for the autonomous flight and fuse control to function properly, operators must input mission and GPS data from a fire control computer into the round using a setting device.

It warms my heart to see technology used to more efficiently kill our enemies.

M-1000s are hardly dynamite by the traditional definition, but seeing as they got them from China town, they might have more than the usual amount of explosives in them.

Doesn’t look like those hipsters will be surfing the web for indy music, ironic t-shirts, and raybans anymore with that mac.
