flashlight

The law enforcement divorce rate will spike if these lights become standard issue. Check the promo vid:

0:08 – Either the acting is really bad, or this “cop” is actually a rapist… I can’t tell yet.  Right now I’m scared for the kid.

0:35 – K I’m pretty sure he’s a real cop.  A scream is heard close by, cop flexes his light skills for the kid and tells him to hold onto it… kid says “Won’t you need it?”  Then I shit you not, this happened… I lost it LOL:

SureFire-2211-Tactical-WristLight-1

0:40 – Kid is stone faced not giving a single about what he just witnessed. Then gives a “what the hell am I supposed to do with this?” type glance at the flashlight he was given.

0:52 – Purse snatching in progress, bad guy sees cop and then holds girl hostage with a knife.  He then lests go and there is a bit of a chase until he gets his shit kiboshed by a bend in a gate smaller than he can fit through.

BOOM product shot #2… other officer on the scene is also tactical as _ _ _ _:

SureFire-2211-Tactical-WristLight-2

2:31 – “I had no idea the detective was there, I was talking about my 2211”  <— *eye roll*… that was forced.

2:50 – Whaaat?  So the girl getting her purse snatched was actually the kids mom?  Clever stuff Surefire… haha not really.

I think they really missed out on not getting Vince Vaughn to play the bad guy.  I guess California’s gun laws must be working, the bad guy had a knife not a gun. *snicker* (Obviously implied: Ban assault knives!)

Man I sure do love Surefire, but this product is off the charts retarded.  I didn’t even mention the price yet, which is a cool $500.  Uh…. WOULDN’T.

Looks like Glock has some stiff competition in the realm of shitty commercials.

SureFire-2211-Tactical-WristLightWill 2013 be the year of the tactical wrist flashlight?  Too early to say, but I’ll keep my ear to the tactical streets.  Thoughts?

“Oh it’s dark over there, and I can’t see… why don’t I just aim my loaded shotgun with a flashlight mounted on it in that direction.” – Definitely the start of a good idea right there, i’ll have to remember that.

Beanbag loads or buckshot, it really doesn’t make a difference.  At that range a beanbag would kill a person just as dead.

Occupy peeps love when cops mess up, perfect opportunity for a witty chant.  I bet a bunch of them got together after that and filed a formal complaint, which no doubt will be subsequently laughed at and filed in the bin labeled “trash”.

Thoughts?

The latest in mall cop defense:

CSG AOW .410 companion mag-3 d cell light/ flashlight gun….. new release ….. a joint project from csg and asi —- a new updated version of the .410 mag type flashlight firearm……. these units have an all steel fire control, barrel and chamber assembly…. the fire control unit screws into the flashlight body and allows use of a .410 shot shell that fires from the bottom cap and with this removeable assembly allows for simple flashlight battery replacement…. the steel barrel/chamber assembly then screws into the fire control housing to make for a lifetime use unit…. the older types screwed steel into aluminum which in short order would wear the soft metal threads and render the firearm useless and un-repairable…..superior manufacturing & design – flashlight is still operational —– very cool – truly a “last chance” back-up defensive weapon…. for a compact top quality back up .410 aow and flashlight the csg companion .410 is it. $895

I can see it now… mall cop tries to kick teenagers out of parkade where they are causing trouble; teenagers tell the mall cop to take a hike.  Mall cop blasts a hole in one of their skateboards with some flashlight .410 goodness. u mad?

Autoweapons always has some cool stuff… too bad they use only capital letters like they are going out of style, and have less respect for grammar and punctuation than I do.

A steal of a deal can be found at Optics Planet, as you can see below:

Link to “sale” – HERE

$18,247 is a heck of a savings… so nice of them to optionally bundle one flashlight with the package for only $59.99 extra

Something tells me that if you purchased that many batteries at once you’d be put on some type of watch list and guys in suits would show up for an investigation.  Hopefully they would leave after you told them you were afraid of the dark, and didn’t want to risk running out of batteries for your EOtech or your one new SureFire G2.
