generation

I didn’t blog about the SHOT show, or reply to very many comments yesterday because I was busy making this:

With his trip to the 2010 Las Vegas SHOT show a day away, Hitler gets angry when he finds out he was not notified of the reality regarding the 4th Generation Glock models.

Hopefully you guys have as much fun watching it, as I did making it.

I’d really appreciate if you would subscribe to my YouTube channel.

This is the supposed pricing sheet for Law Enforcement, showing the price of the new generation 4:

At least they didn’t jack the price way up.

UPDATE: Steve @ TheFirearmBlog has Dealer and MSRP pricing up now as well

Glock-Generation-4

I could do something like that in photoshop in about 5 minutes.

If it does turn out to be an authentic picture, I’d have to say its the most disappointing looking “new” gun I’ve seen in a while

UPDATE: DannyR a 30k post count GlockTalk user was the one that posted the picture.  He says it is a direct scan of a calendar he got in the mail from Glock.  I am now leaning towards this picture being authentic unless Glock is playing a trick on us.

at the Scottsdale Gun Club for

I realize that not everyone can buy these, which is why the price is so low.  The price is reasonable enough though that if you did meet the qualifications then it would be stupid NOT to have one.

This item is a Post 1986 Dealer Sample, available only to Class 3 dealers with a Law Enforcement demo letter. All NFA rules apply.

This item is a Select Fire (Semi Auto / Full Auto) Glock 17.  It uses a conversion device to allow fully automatic operation.  The host pistol is a 3rd Generation Glock 17.  On full-auto, this firearm operates at approximately 1200-1300 rounds per minute.

The conversion device was manufactured by The Armory of Scottsdale Arizona and the model number is GLK18.

That, or an actual Glock 18 is my dream gun!

I DON’T…

I wish they would focus on:

1) Creating a single stack handgun

2) Creating some type of rifle

I like my Glocks the way they are.

Hopefully when the new model gets released at the 2010 SHOT show everyone will want one so bad that the market gets flooded with cheap used Glocks. :P

On a side note, it would be absolutely hilarious if these new Glocks have a magazine disconnect and external safety on them.
