Buck Yeager’s video that sparked the feud:

It’s funny to see Buck Yeager as the voice of reason now.  The same guy that flipped his shit and said he was going to start killing people.  From what I know about the march, it does seem very risky.  Who knows what could happen?   It’s ridiculous that gun laws differer so drastically from state to state, but I’m going to have to side with Yeager on this one… I just don’t know if a bunch of pro 2A people who are gun owners getting felonies (and then being not allowed to own guns as a result) is the way to go about trying to make change.  Going unarmed to this doesn’t really say as anything as far as I’m concerned, but on the other hand I guess strength in numbers still looks good.

Adam Kokesh tells Yeager to prove to him he’s not a coward:

Home address is given… Let’s see if Yeager shows.  Let me guess… UH NO.  Yeager really should stop making threats… it’s some schoolyard bullshit that is just making him look like an idiot.

Kokesh tries to compare this to other open carry events across the country that have been happening in an effort to sell how “safe” this DC one is going to be.  Yeah… no other open carry events as far as I know violated laws on purpose just to try and prove a point.  Maybe I’m wrong about that though?

Side Note: Maybe it’s just the way Adam is sitting, but his suit looks ridiculous.

You can read about the July 4th open carry march on Washington DC over on the facebook page.

An excerpt:

We will march with rifles loaded & slung across our backs to put the government on notice that we will not be intimidated & cower in submission to tyranny. We are marching to mark the high water mark of government & to turn the tide. This will be a non-violent event, unless the government chooses to make it violent. Should we meet physical resistance, we will peacefully turn back, having shown that free people are not welcome in Washington, & return with the resolve that the politicians, bureaucrats, & enforcers of the federal government will not be welcome in the land of the free.

James-Yeager-Angel-ApprovedThoughts?  Maybe I’m missing something? Are any of you guys going to this armed? Let me know.

Not sure if serious:

WildBillforAmerica-YouTube*Insert eye roll here* 542,000 views?  God I hate politics.  Great way to get views though because people love pissing people off with statements and provoking arguments. Like I said, I don’t know if this guy is serious or not, and I really don’t care enough to bother watching any of this other videos to see what his deal is.

Shady policies are shady:

Ugh politics.  Why can’t people just live their lives without killing innocent people and messing shit up for the rest of us?  Is that really too much to ask?

The NRA has a new ad on Standard capacity magazines, which they call “high capacity”:

200-Round-AK-47-MagazineNot sure why they would mess up the nomenclature.  I’d assume the NRA would know better, and I would have expected them to actually point out that “high capacity” is a misnomer as a part of their ad.

The NRA lets it be known once again that they don’t like Obama:

*snorrrrreeee* Oh hi there sorry, I was bored to sleep.  This is the second ad the NRA has put out recently in an attempt to sway your vote.

I hope they aren’t paying much for these commercials, because they are terrible.

Politics do not even interest me slightly, but this is funny:

This gun is like Ron Paul.  Consistently accurate, defends liberty, feared by tyrants, and most important NOT FOR SALE.  No special intrest.  No lobbyist.  No Bailouts.

Clever.  What’s the verdict on Ron Paul now anyway?  Last I heard, people were saying that half of what came out his mouth was batshit crazy, and the other half was brilliant.
