Yes, 1 real handgun… This guy is a menace!

Behold the full article.. it’s pure gold.  Here are some highlights:

Michael Millazzo, 53 was collared early Friday morning and cops recovered two handguns, 26 magazines, 10,537 rounds of ammunition, 32 machetes, 60 knives, 16 air pistols, an air rifle, seven tasers, eight brass knuckles, nine batons and 10 handcuffs, upon executing a search warrant.

Wow…. just wow.  I love how they were so specific with the round count too.  LOL 10,537.  I’m surprised they didn’t confiscate other dangerous things to lay on the table, like kitchen knives, bleach, screwdriver etc..

Like a couple of the guys over at SayUncle mentioned, that Beretta 92 bastardization and its magazine look suspect… most likely not even a real firearm.  So in other words this guy’s arsenal only consists of one Glock.

The door to Millazzo’s apartment was plastered with military and weapons-related stickers including ones that read “Member, National Rifle Association,” “Proud to Have Served in the U .S. Armed Services,” a bull’s-eye target

Stickers!  You don’t say?  There’s a telltale sign on a twisted individual right there.

It was not clear what he intended to do with the weapons.

Who the hell writes these articles?  Sure NY has terrible gun laws, but just because someone breaks some firearm related possession law, or is a felon and owns a firearm, it doesn’t automatically mean they have ill intentions.  Perhaps they think being able to defend themselves is worth the risk of possibly being caught.  The audacity!

Thoughts?  How many of you guys have “arsenals” according to this?  Never mind stupid question… :P

Pretty funny that this slipped through the cracks:

Two parents in Queens were outraged after their five-year-old daughter was asked to complete a spelling worksheet that featured the words “gun” and “rob,” but officials at the Department of Education said Wednesday that the teacher, who brought the offending worksheet from a previous school, has apologized.

“You’re teaching them that guns are okay because you’re putting it in their homework, you’re teaching them that robbing is okay because you’re putting it in their homework,” said Takiema Reynolds, the girl’s mother.

Full Story – HERE

I suppose it’s a bit more sensitive of an issue in a city like New York, in a neighborhood such as Queens.  Lets not get carried away though, guns ARE OK.  Robbing isn’t OK, but that’s a robber in the picture.  Police have guns to catch robbers.  Are police not OK?

Genuine mistake on behalf of the teacher?  Or an epic troll gone sour?  I guess we will never know.
