I really hope the prop gun was a Glock 7:

I-Hate-Bees-Bruce-WillisThe thing about Glock 7’s is they can go through airport x-ray machines, and they cost more than any of you make in a month.

I haven’t seen the first RED movie yet, but I hear it was alright.

Thoughts?  Stupid move considering blank guns have injured and even killed people in the past?

Looks like it would be a stressful job. It’s probably a bad thing that there would be a lot of down time where nothing happens… it wouldn’t be the type of  job to get lazy on.

Note: The red tipped bullets you see every 5th round in the picture are Armor Piercing Incendiary Tracers (M20).

I bloged about the unrest in Thailand a couple of other times HERE and HERE, and it seems to have got a lot worse there.  It appears that both sides are now using guns, and even utilizing snipers to take out key targets.

My sister graduated from [OPSEC] with a Masters degree in [OPSEC] a few days ago, so I missed this… but it has since shown up everywhere:

Someone explain the point of it to me.

  • Is it for people that have dropped the money on an SLR, only to use auto focus to take quick inaccurate shots?
  • What distance do you zero the sight for?

People that think they have a use for something like this should probably also put an arrow on their camera that says “point this way” on it, so they don’t accidentally pick it up backwards and take a self portrait instead that hummingbird on the flower they were trying to get.

I am not going to give this product the dignity of a link to its purchase page, but if you have any self respect you will not google it anyway, and decide to purchase it for $45.

I’m waiting for a picture down the road where someone mounts a high powered scope on that adapter instead for some LOLz.

After hearing all these rumors about how awesome the PA MD-0x series optics are I HAD to give it a run around the block. Of course, by “run around the block” I mean to subject it to environments that any commercial optic might run into. It’s not a series of unrelated, outlandish tests AT ALL.
