I really dislike this guy:

It will be interesting to see how many people die at the Tampa convention because of gun violence.  My guess is uhhhhhh none?

I don’t really get the whole “string” ban.  Does that mean everyone has to show up with velcro shoes on?  Really…

You heard the man… if a thug or criminal tries to steal his buddy John McMillan’s yard signs the next shot isn’t going to be a warning!

If he shifted any more weight to his rear foot he probably would have pulled the trigger and fell over.

The video is apparently from the Bi-Annual Knob Creek Machine Gun shoot in West Point Kentucky.

It’s hard to tell from the video, but the gun appears to be a suppressed MAC-10 or M-11 (chambered in 9mm as the description says).  The AR-15 stock kit is a nice touch.

I don’t follow politics at all, but Rand Paul seems to be every bit as interesting as his father.

Priceless… and with surprisingly better trigger discipline… but still poor muzzle control :P

I’m sure that won’t be the last parody we see of that political Ad.

With a cool horse and poor trigger discipline:

I love the fast pace of the ad, and the background music.  He hammers the audience with facts,  rhetorical questions, and quick camera work.

It will be interesting to see if he wins. The video already has almost 200k visitors on YouTube in 1 day, but most of those people probably don’t live in Alabama.

Republican candidate Dean Allen held a “Machine Gun Social” at Allen Arms in Grenville S.C. to raise money for his campaign.  He wants to be the next adjutant general, the person who oversees the state’s defense forces.

For $25 donors to his campaign got BBQ, and a chance to fire a machine gun of their choice.  There was also a draw for an AK-47 ( worth around $700 ) to be given away to one of the supporters in attendance.

He chose the venue because it reflects his emphasis on 2nd amendment rights.

Allen wants to increase funding for the National Guard, and bring the National Guard home from Afghanistan to defend the borders against illegal immigration.  Makes sense to me!
